I found about Raad Jewelers through Reddit. I saw a lot of good comments about them. After that I scheduled my appointment with Peter and it went really good. I had very specific requests for the ring design (e.g. engravings, etc.) and he said they wouldnt be any issues creating what I had envisioned. The whole process starting from the initial virtual meeting to receiving the ring was so smooth and effortless. At some point I had to make a center stone change, I called their number and someone answered right away and assisted me picking a different stone and proccessing the change. Their communication is definetly 10/10. I highly recommend them if you are looking for very proffesional reaonably priced jewelers.

AMAZING! Luxury jeweler at super discounted pricing. The quality of their designs, and the actual construction is WAY above the mall / strip center jewelery store chains. And, they are at a FRACTION of the cost.

I began the ring process generally knowing what I wanted but with many questions. I viewed multiple diamonds and asked for input. They took it one step further and reviewed those while also spending time to source the best diamond that met all my requirements, was eye clean and had better specs for around the same amount. During the design process, they answered every question in detail (and I had a lot) while always giving me options and letting me know I had the say in all the decisions. Before finalization I wanted to add a diamond bridge and they were happy to oblige. Every question was met with a timely answer and I never felt pressured, just reassured. The process was very transparent and never felt rushed. I received my ring yesterday and it is breathtaking being exactly what and how I pictured it. I would highly recommend them!
