I was researching lab grown diamonds and which companies people had great experiences with, and I happened to see Plum Diamonds in Reddit with all great reviews. I looked them up and was thrilled to see how close they were to where I live.

I ordered the Try-On Kit first with a variety of settings and diamond shapes for my 10 year ring upgrade. I’m so glad I did because I went with a completely different style than what I originally was thinking about in my head.

I customized my ring setting, picked my diamond, and placed my order online. Communication from Plum went above and beyond. They reached out with every step of the process. They worked with me to have the ring dropped off at a secure location since I wouldn’t be home to sign for it.

A little more than 3 weeks later, I had my ring on my finger. And oh my goodness, it’s STUNNING! I can’t believe the quality, especially for the price. Ring shopping now is so different than it was 10 years ago, and had we known about Plum back then, we would’ve went with them originally.

There was a FedEx issue with shipping and Josh from customer service provided genuinely the best customer service I’ve ever received from a brand. He was proactive, understanding, and fixed everything. Once the band arrived, it was gorgeous and I’m so happy with it. Thank you!
