Well what can I say this is about the 7th order I’ve had from Ryan and his team and their service, products and communication is absolutely outstanding. I can’t find any fault with what they do keep up the good work.

Why wasn't I informed that this order wouldn't fit through the letterbox like my previous deliveries?

As a result, I now have to wait an extra day to collect it because no one knocked when Royal Mail attempted delivery, which unfortunately seems to happen every time.

Given the current hot weather, I'm also concerned that the additional delay could affect the potency of the peptides.

I'd appreciate an explanation as to why this wasn't made clear before dispatch.

Took a few days to deliver but not end of the world. The BPC157 & TB500 seems to be really good quality my elbows & joints feel better already 5 days in. I will continue to order from them & try their other peptides.

I bought 2 vials of AOD 9604 10mg peptide. One was okay, reconstituted with bacteriostatic water. The other gelled. The company has not responded to my email of a replacement vial or a refund. Avoid this company.

Ordering process was simple which is important. Delivery was very fast. I ordered at the beginning of June and am reviewing now so as to provide the full experience. Ordered late Wednesday evening, and my item arrived first thing Friday morning – super fast delivery! I got automatic updates via their system and Royal Mail so I always knew where my order was.

Messages over WhatsApp can take around an hour to get a reply, but the team are incredibly knowledgeable and answered every question perfectly.

They messed up two orders of mine. The first time they said that they'd sent it to the wrong address and the second time I didn't get a response at all I emailed three times and I contacted the person directly that helped me the first time and the only response I got was its now sent after five days.

The current place where I used to order my peptides from closed so I was looking out for a few. Fully impressed with Raccoon. Easy to use site, full COAs, easy to order, constant updates on order processing and quick delivery. Fully recommend.

First experience with this company is fantastic , I ordered late Wednesday night. I got an email 7:04 am Thursday to say it was dispatched, and a Royal Mail consignment number attached . It was delivered today (Friday ) by lunchtime. Not even 48 hrs from order to received. I have not started my research with the product purchased but will update. Thankyou for a seamless experience. I’m on my 2nd order and so far so good! Delivery is prompt! I was worried reading the most recent reviews but I think people shouldn’t be so hasty to leave bad reviews. My first order came within a couple of days this order a bit longer. I always give the benefit of the doubt, this is someone’s business and they may be busier than usual especially as they are becoming more prominent and have good prices! Be grateful!

Reply - I will contact Uther and if they confirm I will happily remove the review and make an order. Im sure youll agree there are so many poor peptide companies out there and use fake or copied Jano certs.

I would not recommend this company and would advise anyone to avoid . Shocking customer service !!! And I have never had any communication with you or your company on WhatsApp so you are just simply wrong with your comment
