Bit out of order, since I spoke to you on WhatsApp many times before this review. It looks like a group of people who know each other in these one star reviews are set out to give bad comments, to allow one of their members who have just setup a peptide store to get customers.
Great service

Considering, you have never placed an order on our website, and we have never spoken. I think this review is inappropriate, because I have never been rude or uncooperative to anybody. It does state on our what app when you first message, during busy parts of the day, we will not be able to respond, but will respond as soon as we can. All messages and emails have been fully responded to.

Awesome!
I was comparing peptide prices on a site & this site popped up. Prices were good. Checked Trustpilot first. Made an order, then another one as I didn't realize they had other peptides. Both orders arrived fast, in one package as shipping had been combined which was good. I'm very happy, will use company again!

Raccoon are the best I’ve found online, cheapest, highest quality and even got a cheeky upgrade because they were low on stock and didn’t want me waiting.
Hard to find good customer service in the pep world but Raccoon have it nailed!

Are not good. Very disappointing After purchasing some items and paying via bank transfer there has been no conformation on order also no reply to messages sent to them asking for an update . /// also in reply to the response from you on here the bank transfer had the order number attached to it . And what is the point of a what’s app on your site if you don’t read or reply to the messages. Moving forward I have re-ordered with a different company

One thing you forgot to mention in your review, is how we upgraded three of your products from 10mg to 20mg, no thanks just bad reviews.
We have not received any messages from you. Plus we received an order for £44 but no details in that order, so cannot provide an update on nothing. Only found out today after this 1 star review that you actually made a payment. We still do not know what it's for. Plus I cannot answer every message n WhatsApp over 2000 messages a day, otherwise nothing will get delivered. email me with what you ordered and Ill get it processed.
