The gluten free cupcakes arrived on time and looked gorgeous. The buttercream colour swirl was exactly as requested and they were packed in a beautiful ribboned presentation box. The plan was for the guest to take the remaining cakes home but several guests polished them off!! Thank you - avery special touch to the wedding.

Thank you for your review, we're delighted to hear the cupcakes were enjoyed.
we do use third-party couriers for all deliveries and our delivery dates are preferred rather than guaranteed. Because of this, we always recommend ordering for the day before your event where possible to allow a buffer for any delays.
Thank you, we hope to bake for you again for your next celebration!🧁
Very very disappointed
I put in my order earlier for a birthday party and was let down by DPD delivery. The cakes arrived 2 days after the party! The cakes were not at their best. All Rachaels offered was a refund of the delivery charge (£6.75 of a near £80 order) and a box of cakes in the future…
Rachaels seemed to have no recourse to DPD and DPD constantly lied. Totally unacceptable. I am a repeat customer and expected better from them.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, this is certainly not what we want for our customers, especially for such an important occasion.
While we always aim to meet requested dates, our delivery days are preferred rather than guaranteed, as they are handled by our courier once the order leaves us. That said, we completely understand how disappointing this must have been, particularly given the delay and the impact on your celebration.
We do always try to offer a fair resolution when issues arise and will continue to review both our courier performance and how we support customers in these situations.
As a returning customer, we truly hope you can understand, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

Absolutely incredible quality 👏 you get what you pay for, I personally got 12 cupcakes and that works out to be £3 a cake. Bargain in my opinion and quality through the roof. Will always order from here now
