Highly recommend - bought for my mums birthday & so impressed I’m definitely going to order for my daughter next week. I also ordered the tin which finished off the gift of cup cakes . So pretty & taste amaxing . Excellent communication & packaging .

So can I just say these are just delicious lovely light tasty beautifully presented, I opted for the lovely tin as extra was so worth it , not a bad word said from friends at my gathering I had at house , very well worth it , delivery also good no complaints at all highly recommend these and will recommend to people I know so thank you

I bought some cupcakes for my halloween party and paid 37 great British pounds and was expecting my taste buds to visit heaven once i put it in my mouth however i was extremely disappointed bc they were dry and the icing was crunchy. the prices should be lowered because i think my dementia riddled dog could produce something that brings me more joy than these did. - unhappy anonymous A

I had ordered a box of six cup cakes with a message and photo.
Presentation , delivery, packaging and the taste was very good.
Would highly recommend.

I ordered cupcakes for a corporate event and was extremely disappointed.
Firstly, I sent an image of what I required, which was very similar to what they post online so I was confident it could be done (see pictures attached). They replied to say the logo would be slightly different but assured me they would still be good quality.
Secondly, nowhere on the order form did it state timings for delivery so I put in the notes section I needed for lunchtime. They arrive just before 4pm which meant no-one actually consumed them.
Thirdly, they are extremely poor quality and nothing like what I asked for - see comparison below. Picture of what I asked for vs what I received.

Finally, when I asked for a partial refund, which I think is very reasonable, the attitude of the person replying was very poor and unprofessional!

All in all, I wont be purchasing from RK again!

I was very impressed with their help on the phone. I ordered something bespoke on Tuesday and it arrived as planned on Thursday. The cupcakes were brilliant - just as I wanted; beautifully packed. I couldn't have been more delighted.
I had read some negative reviews so I was a little nervous but this service was excellent and extremely reasonable for the delivery and the item.

Brilliant service and the most amazing gluten free cupcakes. I contacted Rachael’s Kitchen before placing my order , just to check on ingredients ,as I am gluten free, it was easy to get through, the phone call was answered quickly and excellent customer service. The cupcakes were so beautiful, pretty pink and swirled into flowers. They tasted divine, it was a treat to myself and honestly , made me feel so special, the sponge was soft and the icing was magical, it is so fantastic to purchase gluten free treats, that actually look and taste like real cupcakes. I upgraded to purchase the tin, I loved everything about them. Delivered on time. Well packaged. 6 gorgeous jewels. Exceptional service.

Shame the order was not sent out in full. It doesn’t matter how nice the cupcakes are if they aren’t received.
Had to source additional cakes, last minute. Customer service refunded quickly, still very disappointed that all boxes weren’t sent.

I ordered 12 cupcakes for my wife instead of a birthday cake - got a custom selection - however they really didn’t hit the heights I expected for the price.
They aren’t very big (smaller than other brands on the market) and, to be honest, they really lacked flavour.
For example, I ordered a key lime & lemon meringue but, if we didn’t refer to the ‘menu’ I would never had known that was what we were eating. Both were just vanilla sponge with buttercream/ meringue on top.
Surely the sponge should be flavoured with lime/ lemon? Maybe even filled with lime/ lemon jelly or jam?
Same applies for the banoffee & sticky toffee - both sponges tasted like carrot cake and only had a tiny amount of toffee on them. You couldn’t tell the difference between the two of them at all.
Sorry, but for £50 I expected a lot more and won’t be ordering again.

Breakfast was burnt
Rude staff
I will not be returning

Tasted lovely and kept well/didnt go off, great for birthdays and special occasions

Cakes were delicious. Packaging easy for transportation. Great customer service. Would highly recommend.

Amazing cup cakes ordered for my husband's birthday! Totally recommend Rachael's Kitchen .. a great choice of cakes, great delivery and presentation, and the cakes are absolutely divine! Thank you so much, one happy hubby 😁

Extremely disappointing – poor quality and terrible customer service

I contacted this company before ordering to check whether they could create cupcakes similar to my reference and provided a very clear written brief as well as an image. I was told they could, so I placed the order.

What I received was completely different in colour, design, detailing and overall finish. The quality was extremely disappointing and honestly, I was embarrassed to give them as a birthday gift.

The cupcakes also tasted awful. The buttercream was excessively sugary and the vanilla cupcake itself tasted noticeably salty. Appalling in both appearance and taste.

When I complained, the response was incredibly dismissive and patronising. I was told that the team had done the best they could within a short turnaround time. That is not my responsibility. I contacted them before placing the order specifically to ask whether what I wanted was achievable. If the timeframe wasn’t sufficient to produce the quality and design requested, they had every opportunity to decline the order.
Instead, the short timeframe was used to justify the poor quality after the fact.

Overall, an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. I definitely would not recommend ordering from Rachael’s kitchen unless you want to be disappointed or embarrassed.

First time customer. I ordered a selection for my daughter’s birthday. Firstly I was impressed with the variety I could choose from. Secondly I was slightly sceptical about having cupcakes delivered, it sure how they would travel. But they arrived perfectly packed with ice bags, and not one thing out of place. They were very fresh and tasty and I’m looking forward to ordering again!

Cupcakes were not delivered and only an update once I had complained via email. No further update even after 48 hours with no delivery.
I tried this service at the same time as trying another company, as looking to use for my business. The other company delivered on time with no issues. I won't be trying Rachael's Kitchen again.

Rachel's Cupcakes completely blew us away with their incredible vegan and dairy-free custom cupcakes for my son's half-birthday party. They tasted so amazing that nobody could even tell they were vegan, and the custom designs looked absolutely perfect. Finding a reliable bakery like this is an absolute life-saver for dads like me who are put in charge of getting everything ready for the big day. To top it all off, the sweet, handwritten note included with our order had my partner over the moon. We are so grateful for the extra care they put into making our celebration special and will definitely be ordering again for our next family party.
