I have no hesitation in recommending Karen. I was very nervous but from the initial consultation and throught the whole process Karen was professional, friendly and very caring. She talked me through every stage of the process. Nearly 24 hours later I have no bruising and minimal swelling and will certainly return in the future if I require anymore treatments. Always greeted with a lovely smile Karen gives sensible and helpful advice on procedures and offers great service and aftercare. All her treatments are done with care and consideration. She has an unhurried gentle touch and knows just how to put you at ease about what she is doing.

The whole procedure was carefully explained to me beforehand and although there was a level of pain involved, it wasn't unexpected. I did fidgit a bit during the process and needed my hand held but it was worth having the wart removed. I would go back if I needed further work done.

Karen is amazing at what she does, from the very first 'no obligation' consultation she was brilliant! Karen is professional and very knowledgeable as well as being a genuinely lovely lady, she answered all of my questions thoroughly (I had a lot!) and told me to go off & digest what we had discussed, she was not at all pushy. On the day of my treatment I was quite nervous, never having had anything done before, but Karen totally put me at ease, explaining everything she was doing and making sure I was ok. I am very pleased with the results so far - subtle as promised. I would definitely recommend Karen, she's so easy to get on with and cares so much about her clients!

Brilliant! Had something similar to a mole removed from near my eye. Karen was lovely and put me at ease. I was nervous as I've never had anything like this done before. She applied a numbing cream (no injections!) and then painlessly and carefully used what looked like a pen to remove it. Fab!

So pleased I have found Karen, definitely knows her stuff, couldn’t be more pleased.
