I'll give you the real story since we're about 8 months in now. Started with Radium last April because our previous marketing wasn't working - we were at maybe 30 patients a month and needed to scale. First month was rough, not gonna lie. Leads were coming in but they weren't quality - lots of price shoppers who weren't serious. I got on a call around week 5 and basically told them this wasn't working. They didn't make excuses, just asked better questions about our ideal patient and rebuilt the campaigns. Took 2-3 weeks but then it really clicked. We jumped to 65-70 patients pretty quick after that. Here's what I didn't expect though - they set up our entire backend system as part of onboarding and I barely noticed at first because I was focused on the ads. CRM integration, automated booking, text reminders, follow-up sequences, all of it. Around month 4 I realized I wasn't spending ANY time on scheduling anymore. Patients just appeared on the calendar. Our no-show rate dropped from 30% to under 10% which alone probably added 15-20 patients monthly. Now we're consistently at 85-95 patients and honestly getting close to capacity. We're actually talking about pulling back ad spend until we hire another provider. Wild compared to where we started.
