Cancelling online impossible to figure out!
Any company that makes it difficult to cancel your subscription online by not making the necessary steps obvious deserves 1 star. I could not figure it out and finally had to resort to blocking them in my banking app.

WHY has the minimum entry price…
WHY has the minimum entry price increased to £15? We are in a cost of living crisis and gambling should be at the bottom of the list of expenditure - it is for me and my family. I haven't entered the draw since the minimum price increased from £10 to £15, a massive 50% increase. I also agree with other members that offering 2 x £1 m houses would be
better than a much higher price house that we couldn't afford to run. Most of us could only dream of living in a million pound house and would probably accept the house instead of taking the cash alternative. This draw is about a dream you can achieve and afford.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We completely understand that affordability is an important consideration, particularly with the ongoing cost of living pressures, and we appreciate you explaining how the change has affected you.
While the minimum single-purchase price increased from £10 to £15, the number of tickets included in that bundle also increased from 15 tickets to 20 tickets. We appreciate that the higher minimum spend may still not work for everyone, and we’re sorry to hear it has meant you’ve stopped entering our draws.
We also appreciate your feedback about the prize values and your suggestion of offering two lower-value homes instead. We’ll make sure your comments are passed on to the relevant team for consideration.

These houses are beautiful to win and it’s all for a good cause the charities are all in need of funds you could live in or sell up or rent them out it’s entirely up to you it’s worth it just to enter because you never know when it’s your turn to win and even if you don’t win the charities benefit from a little help from yourself

We want to clarify that while our advertising highlights the prizes that could be won, it is never intended to suggest that anyone is guaranteed to win or has a higher chance of winning than the published entry terms allow.
Each competition is a chance to win, and the outcome is determined through the draw process. We don't sell a fixed number of tickets to our competitions, however, based on past draws over the last 10-years or so, the odds of winning are in between the People's Postcode Lottery and the National Lottery. It seems as though there is a deliberate push to get you to subscribe. Very off-putting.
EDIT: To clarify - yes, it is clear that you can click on a link for a one-off entry rather than a subscription but then you are given a range of 'bundles' to choose from - ranging from 20 to 300 tickets! It is very difficult to just simply pay for a one-off single entry (surely this should be the simplest thing to do!), or even buy less than than 20 tickets. I have given up several times - it's fine if that's what you want but I do resent feeling I am being coerced into buying more. I can't afford to!
I do buy tickets when I have the patience but this is an obstacle. However, the London house really is my dream home so fingers crossed.

It is easy to easy to enter but recently there has been some postings on the internet that the prizes are often substantially less than advertised which is a bit concerning. Also at a time when housing is difficult to obtain especially for young people why not increase the chances for them by having 3 or more ordinary houses as the main prize as not everyone wants or needs to live in a multi million pound house.
