Awful! Really disappointed.
Was told my order would come 3-7 working days and it's been longer than that.
I have had 0 communication about my order. Wouldn't mind if I knew where it is or what stage it is at.
I used their online portal to enquire about it and was told 1-2 days as a response and I've heard nothing.

Hi Gem, Sad to see a 1 star review for delayed delivery. Over Christmas and New Year there are a number of holidays and weekends, so less working days. We want our staff to enjoy the holidays just like our customers do, so we don't work bank holidays. I can see that your order arrived on the last working days of the advised period.
I'm sorry that you feel we have delivered below expected service on this occasion, however we have delivered within the time we originally stated and given the time of year delays are to be expected.

Sooo Comfy!!
I was initially concerned about buying these shoes as I've never heard of this brand before.
Because I am heavier (UK Size 22) I was concerned if they would be able to hold my weight, but also about how the fit would be considering I have wide feet.
I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when trying them on. They were soooo comfy & I didn't have to even wear them in.
They didn't rub anywhere and I could walk in them perfectly. They fit my wide feet like a glove and could withstand my weight lol.
Overall I am very impressed with this brand and would definitely recommend & buy their shoes again!

been 2 weeks since shipment and there is not even one update! i contacted raid 2times already still no processing. i told them i want to cancel my order, they tell me they will contact the third party?! dont recommend!

Hi Ra, Sorry to see a 1 star review, however I can see that you reached out to our Customer Service team recently and they have been following up your delivery with DPD in Germany and they have been slow with their feedback, which we are still waiting on. For this I am sorry about the delay, but we have to follow process and this time of year delays have to be expected.
We have requested an update again today and if they do not come back to us with 48 working hours, we will arrange for a refund of your order.
I am sorry that your experience on this occasion has not been as we would have hoped, however I do hope that you will try us again.

Size in stock but order being cancelled
I've ordered an item twice now as it said it was in stock, and both times, I've then received a "we've cancelled your order, and sent a refund" message. Quite frustrating.

Hi Beth, sad to see a 1 star review and I am sad that we have had to cancel your order. We do this on the rarest of occasions for example, when the item you have ordered may be the last one of that style and size and might not be completely perfect and we don't have an alternative one to send or it could be as simply as the item could not be found in the warehouse.
We don't want to ship customers less than perfect products, so part of our packing process is to check each item prior to shipment.
I am sorry that you have been unable to experience our products as yet, we hope that you will revisit us again soon and find your perfect pair!

Hands down the worst company I have…
Hands down the worst company I have ever ordered from, do not order from them!
I ordered a pair of boots on sale which were lovely when they arrived, I wore them a total of 4 times for barely 2 hours and after this the sole of the left shoe ripped away from the rest of the boot….they were awful quality. I politely contacted the Raid customer service team and asked if they could help me with this issue. They were quite rude from the beginning but I wasn’t overly bothered as when I asked for them to send me a new pair they said they would as long I sent back my current ones. Unfortunately as I was working all week I had to wait until Friday to send the shoes back when they sent me the returns label Monday. I received the rudest email from their team today saying “ Had you sent the pair back and had let us know, we would have sent out the replacement pair to you but we have now sold our last pair today” they proceeded to say they could no longer help me.
I am so disgusted with this service, it is unacceptable to speak to anyone in this manner especially a customer. I did in fact ask the team to send the new pair out before I sent the broken pair back because I was concerned they might go out of stock…they told me they would not do this as it was not the process.
Whatever you do, do not order from Raid it’s honestly not worth it.

Our returns process does require the return of the faulty pair before a refund or replacement can be provided. This allows us to inspect the issue, identify any problems and for us to design a viable solution to the issue so that it does not occur again in the future. This process enables us to provide exceptional customer care and quality products via this feedback loop.
As you were reluctant to return the faulty item we were unable to process a refund at that time and given that delay the replacement product you desired then went out of stock, as stock sells out quickly this time of year.
I am sorry that you feel our service fell below par on this occasion, however we always strive to provide exceptional customer care and quality products to each and every customer. As promised, your refund has been made.

Where are my boots?
Ordered a pair of boots on 09/30 and I still haven't got them. After I contacted customer service last week they said it was something wrong with the third party and then it started moving. However, a week later I still haven't received my boots. If I had known that I'd need to wait for almost a month just to get a pair of boots, I would've never ordered them.
Edit: The boots finally arrived. They fit well they are such beaut! The customer service was very attentive throughout the whole process. Only the third party shipping was really a big issue. I will perhaps order again in the future but have to factor in the risk of long shipping or even missing package.

Hi Mavis, sad to see a 1 star review, however I do see that you have experienced some delays with your shipment as we're sending form the UK to the USA, however, it shouldn't take that long to process.
I can see that you are already in contact with Customer Service and they are progressing the shipment for you, but as we use a third-party for deliveries we are reliant on them providing a good service.
It appears that your shipment did appear 'lost' for a period, then it started to move again. We are monitoring the progress of this shipment and our Customer Service team are on hand should you require further assistance.

Too small
Boots looked great but they where to small.
There should be an option to return for a larger for the same fee. I have been put off ordering again as i will have to pay another delivery fee! Aswell well as a return fee.

We don't offer free returns for two reasons, the first is that it increases the overall cost of our products for everyone as these costs have to be covered somewhere, secondly the delivery process uses up valuable resources and we try to be green and sustainable where ever we can.
We subsidise the returns cost, so you only pay £2.49 for the return, where it could cost a great deal more if the return is bulky and its free UK delivery if your order is over £50.00.
