Very useful app to have
I like that we can pull money early from our paycheck, I dislike the fact that you charge $4 for instant transaction that's a lot, we work hard for our money.

It's such a life saver to have access…
It's such a life saver to have access to your pay daily if needed. Life is expensive, sometimes you need money for something in a jiffy and this company makes it easier when your in need of quick pay.

Everything I said multiple times was completely dismissed and ignored
I feel like the agent that was assigned my concern via chat didn't even read anything I wrote/said. His "resolution" was what I had already done and in multiple ways and since the numbers weren't calculated correctly to my understanding so I was asking for the correct path or resource I could access to confirm the amounts I am referring to. What drives me most crazy is that I was a CSR and earned the title of CSR3. I understand everyone has their own ways and people learn new skills daily but they completely dismissed my concern and literally gave me the steps I've ALREADY done without success and repeatedly told them I had done exactly what they were telling me to do which is why I was reaching out for assistance in the first place. I still have no answer so yeah I'm not very happy.

Wonderful
I'm knew to Rain. However it has been helpful, especially during my time of transition between jobs as my old company closed abruptly disrupting my income. My current job is associated with Rain. It has allowed me to access my funds before payday to cover bills and emergency. Ease of use was wonderful. I took time to read the reason behind Rain and definitely glad they created it. Thank you.
