Here is a complaint I have directly sent to the company. Rain Support is a nightmare! Beware!
I would also like to report that Ella – the support agent I spoke to after this chat was unable to inform me of the information I needed when I called. After the chat on my phone prior to this, I was not allowed the opportunity to ask if the funds were collected for my account to be unpaused. I am ok with the wait time for it to be escalated, but if I choose the option of talking to a person, someone should be able to tell me if RAIN has collected its funds or not. Even after the call, Ella gave me false information…letting me know that RAIN did not collect the $200-some, the same amount that was told to me 2 weeks ago. I let her know that her information was incorrect, and I have already submitted my pay stub. I would assume that after the long pause of being placed on hold, she would have checked that she had the correct information before telling me the wrong information. Then she proceeded to tell me why I was frustrated. Which, in her words, is because of the wait in the escalation process. I then let her know that was also incorrect. I am frustrated because I was unable to collect the information I needed by first going through the chat and now a phone call to RAIN to explain whether or not RAIN has collected their funds. That’s all I wanted to know.
Please do better, RAIN, in finding quality SUPPORT. If I press speak to a human. Please refer me to a human who can provide me the information I am asking for.
