Ho fatto recentemente un ordine (25/08), che mi è stato consegnato in seguito a innumerevoli problematiche con il corriere (08/09). Inizialmente l’ordine era già in ritardo di un paio di giorni, poi sono stato contattato per ricevere la notizia che il corriere aveva un altro indirizzo, nonostante io abbia inserito quello giusto (ricontrollato più volte), dopo essermi recato ai magazzini di Gls due volte, sotto loro indicazione, mi hanno entrambe le volte rispedito indietro a mani vuote dandomi delle scuse senza una base solida. Dopo aver contattato nuovamente Rare humans, mi hanno finalmente consegnato il pacco dopo tanti sbattimenti. In seguito a questo rare humans si era offerto di omaggiarmi una cintura, che in realtà doveva essere prevista nell’ordine superata una certa cifra in cui rientravo (offerta presente al momento del mio ordine), che, in realtà, non so se sia effettivamente stata spedita, perché l’assistenza clienti di rare mi dice che è stata spedita, ma io non ho ricevuto alcun numero di tracciamento e, anche provando a contattare il corriere, che negli ultimi giorni ha provato a consegnarmi un pacco con le stesse problematiche di indirizzo precedenti, mi dicono di contattare il rivenditore, perché senza tracking non possono fare niente.
Quindi ho contattato in data 17/09 l’assistenza rare humans per avere supporto, ma non rispondono.
Per tutti questi motivi, al momento non mi sento di dare un giudizio positivo sicuramente sul processo di consegna, ma neanche sui prodotti, perché tutti questi sforzi e perdite di pazienza non rendono giustizia ai prodotti.
Aspetto con ansia la mia cintura, e soprattutto, supporto e comprensione dopo aver aspettato per settimane un pacco che mi ha fatto ricredere sull’intelligenza delle persone (corrieri che non riescono a leggere un codice di avviamento postale).

Their support team are simply goated. Answered within a day on instagram, they solved every problem with my command, thanks again guys !

Seit 2 Jahren bin Ich Kunde und nach wie vor sehr zufrieden mit den Produkten und Qualität. Jeder der bisschen in der Streetwear szene unterwegs ist empfehl ich Rare Humans gern weiter.

Die Bestellung war schnell da, echt toll verpackt und die Shirts und die Denim sind qualitativ hochwertig. Tolle Details.
Vor ca 1,5 Jahren das letzte mal bestellt und damals nicht ganz zufrieden gewesen - jetzt dafür umso mehr.

Super Fit & Qualität. Immer wieder!

I've been ordering from this brand for a while, and I'm always impressed by the fast delivery and the quality of the clothes. I saw some negative reviews about a delay with one particular drop, but that was a one-time issue. In my experience, my orders always arrive within a few days, and the customer service is great. Overall, a fantastic brand!

tip top, habe vor ungefähr einem jahr zwar schon mal bestellt wo ich ehrlich sagen muss nicht so überzeugt war, Versand und Qualität war einfach nicht außergewöhnlich gut, aber habe jetzt vor kurzem noch einmal bestellt und der Versand war unnormal schnell! habe am Sonntag Abend bestellt und am Dienstag war das Paket vor meiner Türe. Qualität haben die Jungs auch ordentlich hochgeschraubt, eine meiner besten Hosen bisher. Bin echt mehr als zufrieden.

Gerade erst vor kurzem bestellt. Versand war super, Quali der Kleidung ist auch Top Notch... Kann es wirklich nur weiterempfehlen!

Noch nie sowas freches gesehen! Bei solch hohen Preisen sollte man meinen, dass man es geregelt bekommt, zumindest Pakete schnell zu versenden! Seit Tagen warte ich auf die Versandbestätigung aber hauptsache auf Instagram fleißig alles zupflastern..
Muss eindeutig sagen, eine absolut negative Erfahrung!
