Had a great experience from Rattan. From fantastic prices, easy communication on delivery updates and final product. It was a very good experience

Ordered the garden furniture before I was ready to build but fortunately when I did build it all pieces were there. Easy to build and lots of options of how to arrange the furniture. The clips supplied hold all the seating together. Having the waterproof covers free with the egg chair makes this a good purchase.

Everything was ok but order came excluding protective covers. Since found out they are out of stock. No mention of this on the order so it would have been helpful if we had been told.

Also the furniture absolutely beautiful, well made , cushions very thick and strong ,all washable , git all the covers and egg chair also the rain covers are excellent , easy to fit and all clip together at the bottom , therefore covers don’t blow off in the wind , really and waterproof , highly recommended company ,

Ordered the Cheltenham with free egg chair and covers, found a discount code, waited over a month to receive (which i understand from reading reviews, was lucky) spoke on live chat as missing egg chair and cover, said they would ship, to then receive an email saying I had the discount code, so won't receive them and can pay £250.00 for both if I wanted them, AT NO POINT DID THE DISCOUNT CODE SAY THIS WAS AN ALTERNATIVE TO THE FREE BITS wish I would have ordered elsewhere

We ordered the furniture in November paid deposit then balance in Feb. I had to chase a couple of times for delivery and was told delay was because the colour we chose was out of stock until April. We preferred another colour anyway (had thought that’s what we had ordered) so it was delivered in March. My husband has just put the chairs together and so far it looks fab.

It took 3 months for the suite to arrive, but this was clear upfront. Following final payment the furniture arrived promptly.
I’m very happy with it, and with the covers it’s survived the winter well.

Looks great, comfortable and very versatile - - you can set it up in any combination to suit the occasion

After a lot of back and forth emails, and threats of legal action via my credit card company I am pleased to say that Rattan Hut offered to send me a full-set of replacement covers. Took another few rounds of complaints and threats for them actually to be dispatched (nearly 2 weeks later than the promise of replacement) but they have now been received. Stand by your rights, always pay with a credit card for protection, but thank you Rattan Hut for finally allowing customer service rights and common sense to prevail - I am now a happy customer :-) and have upped my star rating accordingly to reflect this - would have had 5 stars if you just would have done the right thing nearly 2 months quicker without the fight!

Purchased the set only one year ago. Ordered the Cheltenham 8 seater set with the specific weather protecting covers. After only 1 summer and winter the weather protection covers have completely perished. They have torn in so many sections and places that it is shocking - not at the seams but all over the main fabric. I reached out to Rattan Hut and all of the lines in quote marks are their responses which I have copies of from the webchat. They stated "Over time, some level of wear and deterioration is unfortunately inevitable." I said that whilst I appreciated this, given it had been exactly a year since the purchase that I had rather anticipated better, Their response was "There are several factors that can cause the rain cover to deteriorate over time, such as constant exposure to sunlight (UV), changing weather conditions, strong winds, moisture build-up, and general wear and tear. These are natural factors, so some level of deterioration over time is expected." I suggested that a set of furniture covers which are fitted to indeed protect the underlying furniture from the weather conditions that they described suggested that the item was not fit for purpose? They very kindly offered to SELL me a replacement set for £250. I wouldn't pay £20 for this low quality product given that I have other garden furniture covers that are like new after more than SEVEN full seasons (not less than the ONE achieved by Rattan Hut!!!!!) Do not waste your money - a weather cover that can't cope with sun, rain and wind as stated by Rattan Hut seems not fit for purpose and rather against the trades description act. DO NOT BUY - save you money and buy a decent product. Is this an indication of the quality of their furniture too?? I can only assume that it will be ok so long as you don't plan to sit on any chair or lay an any recliners because they will likely say that using for what it is intended will cause some degree of deterioration (which is my case in more than eight 5-10cm tears all over the covers). Great job Rattan Hut, you must be very proud of the quality of your product.

The quality of the furniture is very good. The 6 month wait was rather long, I should have had updates for reassurance . I started to think I had been scammed.

Extremely pleased with the product and service. Before deposit payed, i was made aware of the lead time. Furniture looks great and very robust. Highly recommend

UPDATE: We've received our order now and the quality is fantastic! We're very pleased with the set but we didn't receive the covers so I've requested they be sent.
I would recommend them due to the quality but they do appear to be busy with back orders. Which could be seen as a good thing.

We placed an order on the 10th of December and it still hasn't arrived. Despite being told on 4 occasions that it would be 'next week'.
No-one is answering the phone, I've sent an email and received an automated reply and now the CHAT is turned off.
Is this company still in business? Have we lost our money?

After reading a number of poor reviews on waiting times for delivery, I was a little apprehensive ordering from this company. So i emailed and asked the questions about deliveries. Michael responded and explained that you pay a deposit on ordering, and then when the item is ready you pay the balance. On paying the balance i was called the following day and the delivery was arranged. Can not say a bad word about the process. If in doubt, email before ordering and ask what the lead times are. 👍🏻

This Company must have the worst customer service in the UK! NEVER answer the phone and may call you back if you lucky The chat option works but just get palmed off and told someone will call you (they don’t!) and emails? Only ever answered if you offering to pay for something! Was “guaranteed” delivery b y the end of a certain week … no sign! Following week … no sign. Evri conformed they had not been requested to collect them (despite the “chat” telling me they had been dispatched) FINALLY they arrived after a lot of chasing and request for refunds … along with NO apology and NO VAT receipt. Can’t deny, the products are good but the service is so bad I’d never use again

Lovely lights, easy to assemble we had 3 different lengths, and put up. Ordered the remote as well And it all works great, very happy with the service I received

Awful customer service! Avoid and shop elsewhere!
We ordered our garden furniture from them in September 2025, where they advised it would be due for delivery in November 2025, which we were fine with.
1st December came and we still hadn't heard anything at all from them so we chased them. They responded to say it was due for the delivery the following week, this then got cancelled. Nothing heard from Rattan Hut, we chased again, got told it would be delivered the following week (Christmas!), it didn't arrive but 1 of the 3 items was then delivered the following week. It was supposed to all be delivered together. We chased Rattan Hut for our other 2 items, they promised to send 1 of the 2 out that week (4 weeks later and 3 chasers again, this finally arrived). The last remaining item has still not been delivered and we're at the end of February now. I chase them weekly, they tell me they're sorry and will come back to me with a delivery timeframe but they never do, i always have to chase again!!!

Will never order from them again! Avoid and buy elsewhere!!!!
