Quick delivery and great customer service. I ordered the bedhead and didn’t receive a tracking number for 1 day so emailed them to ask for them to ship asap as it was a gift.
They responded the same day advising they would dispatch it on the next business day which they did and my parcel arrived just in time!

I was extremely lucky to win a voucher…
I was extremely lucky to win a voucher to use at Rattan Revival, all interaction with Steve was great and I was kept up to date as things proceeded. Very happy with the service.
The products are not yet in use as are for use in a yet to finish reno but have noted all is well packaged to minimize damage. Am keen to get the reno finished so I can use my items for dressing the area.

Fantastic customer service, provided regular updates on shipping which was greatly appreciated. We love the bed we bought (Sunrise rattan single bed) and the guardrail has proved handy. Great quality. Would definitely purchase with again in the future.
