We have revisited this company as we were very pleased with our previous purchases. Our latest item was a chest of drawers. It was very slightly damaged but as it did not show we decided to keep it although I am sure Payless Furniture would have replaced it. Besides, we think the damage occurred in transit. We were impressed with the speedy delivery and when, in the past we have requested replacement parts, the service has been brilliant.

Replacement received within the 7-10 days. Would 100% use again. Quite tempted to add matching storage units to my collection tbh.

Lovely bedroom furniture could have been a little sturdier however just the two of us so not a big problem as exceptional price. Everything arrived as expected and kept very well informed throughout the whole process, would recommend this company
