Worst service ever. Their accountant misled me to open an account with them and left a month later. Once I realised the wrong advice I asked to close my account and no accountability was taken. Also as I was closing my account some old direct debit attempted to take Payment and for each failed debit, Rauva charges you €10. They sell you a plan for €89 for 3 transaction a month. Above 3 monthly transaction they will charge you €3 per transaction even if it s €3 uber ride. Other accountants would allow you 50 transaction a month for the same price or unlimited so be careful before signing. Because 3 transactions a month makes no sense for any companies.their plan is made to charge you €200-300 per month in reality.

We used Rauva because of the positive online reviews. Unfortunately, for us using Rauva to open a new business in Portugal was a fairly painful process. The team sent the wrong things to us to sign multiple times. Once, they even sent someone else's business docs for us to sign by mistake. After our company had already been created, they sent an email saying our Rauva account has not been approved, they couldn't tell us why, there was nothing we could do about it, and we would need to rush to find our own accountant to take care of everything by the deadlines to avoid penalties. In the end, it was a blessing to not have to use Rauva for ongoing accounting services. We found a local accountant who is both more affordable and more competent. The only good thing about our experience with Rauva was Inês, who was responsive over Whatsapp.

I was to late with uploading a receipt. And in stead of calling me you FROZE my bank account completely.

You can call me when you need documents to onboard me as a client but not before freezing my account completely over sub 200 euro invoice to Muslim (Indonesia) country.

I have transfers over 1000 euro also without a receipt to EU countries and thats okay.

In the accounting, both Ana Balcão and Margarida are exceptional and always patient with me. As for the app, there are a few things which sometimes don’t work as expected, but Francisco is always very prompt in solving my issues and Liliana as well, with all my doubts and requests. I am very happy to have Rauva in this journey with me, I never feel alone!

Nada do que eu precisava funcionava corretamente, e qualquer desenvolvimento que fosse realizado eu só descobria por conta própria, após reclamações frequentes. Um exemplo claro é a impossibilidade de emitir faturas em dólares. Sabendo que meu cliente é americano, poderiam ter me alertado sobre isso desde o começo. Todo mês sou obrigada a calcular manualmente a conversão de euros para dólares, algo que deveria ser muito mais simples.

Além disso, frequentemente me pedem para compartilhar documentos e, em seguida, me cobram valores adicionais sem explicação clara. Não há uma fatura detalhada, e eu preciso solicitar esclarecimentos sobre o que está sendo cobrado. Como se não bastasse, a conexão com meu banco nunca funciona corretamente. Todo mês sou obrigada a desconectar e reconectar novamente para conseguir sincronizar as informações, o que é extremamente irritante.

Sinto que, desde que abri minha empresa, ela não está sendo gerenciada adequadamente pela Rauva. Minhas dúvidas frequentemente ficam sem resposta, e os retornos são demorados. Todo mês surge algum problema novo. Minha experiência tem sido péssima, e infelizmente, não recomendaria a Rauva para ninguém.

As someone who has successfully established companies around the globe, I’ve encountered my share of challenges. However, my experience with Rauva has been nothing short of a nightmare. Over the course of six grueling months, their incompetence and lack of accountability turned what should have been a straightforward process into an exercise in frustration and futility.

From the very beginning, problems abounded. Their system rejected my cell phone, their app failed to function properly, and uploading documents became an insurmountable hurdle. Each step was met with excuses and finger-pointing, but no real solutions. Despite our patience and willingness to cooperate, we ended up with no meaningful progress.

The most egregious issue came to light after months of wasted time. Rauva's mismanagement has left us with a partially created company in Portugal saddled with obligations to pay taxes. Worse still, they have denied us access to the government portals they created on our behalf. This negligence has not only tarnished our first interaction with the Portuguese government but also resulted in fines—fines that are solely attributable to Rauva’s incompetence and deceit.

What should have been resolved in 24 hours dragged on for six months, forcing us to seek legal counsel at additional expense to rectify the mess they left behind. Rauva's failure to deliver has cost us time, money, and trust.

To anyone considering working with Rauva: think twice. Our experience serves as a stark warning about the risks of entrusting your business to a company that lacks the capability or integrity to follow through on its promises.
