We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we must respectfully dispute your claim.

We operate a 24/7 control center that continuously monitors all telephone calls and emails to ensure timely responses and high service standards. At this time, we have no record of any missed calls or unanswered communications related to your concern.

We have also previously requested that you provide your booking details so we can investigate the matter thoroughly. Unfortunately, without this information, we are unable to locate any record of your booking in our system.

Given the absence of any verifiable details, we are unable to substantiate your claim. As it stands, your allegation appears to be baseless, and leaving 1-star reviews without providing the requested information does not help us address or resolve any genuine issues.

From start to finish

From start to finish, the service was absolutely exceptional. Communication was clear, friendly, and professional throughout. The driver arrived right on time, spoke beautifully, and carried themselves with genuine courtesy and confidence. The ride was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free — a true example of excellence behind the wheel. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and attention to detail these days. I’m thoroughly impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this service to anyone looking for reliability, class, and comfort. A solid five-star experience! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
