All after except my Source of Wealth every documents are accepted.

But they dont understand I gave my documents about source of wealth.

Over 80 deposits and no win in 6 months. This site sucks! Just deposits no wins .. scam of the century. You expect to lose overall with gambling, but you expect to win something along the way not just constant balance draining. Must have a rtp of 0 to be this terrible, which would mean it’s rigged by the casino .

I received a promotional email offering “Deposit $50 and get a $50 free bet.” After making the deposit, the free bet was not credited. Only after multiple conversations with support did it turn out that the free bet is only unlocked after completing a $250 wagering requirement.
This requirement was not clearly or transparently communicated beforehand — neither in the promotional email nor in the screenshot the support agent sent me prior to depositing. Based on the information shown, I reasonably expected the free bet to be granted after the $50 deposit.
On top of that, support responses were inconsistent and contradictory. At different points I was told the bonus should appear, that there might be an issue, and later that I first had to complete wagering. The free bet was never visibly available in the sports section as explained.
I also played casino games during this time and experienced an extremely poor short-term RTP (~30%). While variance exists, combined with the lack of transparency around the promotion, this creates a very negative overall experience.
Conclusion:
The issue is not that wagering requirements exist — it’s that they were not clearly disclosed before the deposit. Had this been communicated properly, I would not have deposited under these terms.

I deposited money, played, and won a little. I tried to make a withdrawal, and it's been over 6 hours and it still hasn't arrived. I am publishing this review to document in as much detail as possible the situation that happened to me at Razed Casino and to warn other players.

I have been playing at this casino for almost a year, it is now December, and I have participated in their promotions: Advent Xmas, Xmas Tickets, VIP Reload, Daily Reload, Monthly Bonus, Code Drops. I did not receive all these bonuses “just like that” — each of them required deposits, activity, and fulfillment of conditions. Today, 02.12.2025, my account has been blocked without the possibility of recovery. This month, I was supposed to receive approximately $2,000 just from the BONUSES I am entitled to. It is also unknown what will happen with the prize ticket promotion.

And just when it was time for all the main accruals, the casino suddenly closed my account for a month, citing “responsible gaming.” I did not leave any requests for self-restriction, nor did I receive any warnings. The block was imposed unilaterally, at the moment of maximum profit for the casino and maximum loss for me.

All the bonuses I earned through my deposits and activity were completely lost.

Support does not provide bonus transfers, compensation, or even a clear explanation. The answers are formulaic, evasive, and completely irrelevant to the real situation. It seems that as long as you deposit money, the managers show “increased care” and actively promote promotions. But when the time comes to fulfill their obligations, “concern for the player's well-being” kicks in and access to the account disappears.

In my opinion, this attitude demonstrates an extremely low level of transparency, honesty, and responsibility towards players. It seems that the bonus mechanisms only work as long as they are profitable for the casino, and when it comes time to pay out, the account is blocked.

I believe it is important to publicly record this case and warn other players: be extremely careful. Your bonuses, your activity, and even your account can disappear at any moment under a formal pretext, without explanation and without any real support.

Ich habe Geld auf die Plattform geladen welches von Razed abgelehnt wurde. Der Betrag wurde natürlich bei mir abgebucht kann nicht mehr rückgängig gemacht werden. Daraufhin muss der Empfänger (Razed) die Überweisung ablehnen damit ich mein Geld bekommen. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Support meinte dieser ich muss das meiner Bank schicken - die Überweisung jedoch ist bereits beim Empfänger eingegangen. Der Support ignoriert meine Anfragen. Auch die Eingangs-Konten von Razed ändern sich … Keine Antworten Man wird geghostet !!!!! Zahlt kein Geld ein die Seite muss weg !! Absoluter Scam.

Scammers ,worst company ever, avoid it. Firstly, got recommendations , made some deposits, made bets on European basketball live mainly, won couple hundreds euros, first withdrawal ok, but later all frozen and they began circus: verification with 3 steps(which is normal), sent many documents, then 2 steps became green, but one more level of verification added:) , they declined all documents-business registration, payslips, simple declining-wrote 30 times on support, finally send more documents and all seemed like ok, but limits for Euroleague live betting like 30 euros max:) So total circus, scammers and avoid if you don't want to see such situations-i even can't think what would be if you would win couple thousands, your money are gone and that's it.
