Rewards experience
My experience with Razed Casino was terrible. Even after self-excluding from the site, I was shocked to find out that if you don’t claim your rewards within 72 hours, the money is simply lost—no exceptions. Despite being self-excluded, they offer no grace period or communication about unclaimed rewards. This policy was a deal-breaker for me, and I will never play on this site again. Completely unfair and disappointing. Avoid at all costs!

This is really good feedback and something I will take onboard with consideration. For the most part however, the bonuses are for loyalty meaning you must be loyal to the site and active in order to gain the rewards. If there was no expiration, uses would be able to come back a year later and claim a monthly bonus from 13 months ago.
Nonetheless, valid feedback and will certainly take it onboard.
