Razorhost is one of the worst hosting providers I have ever dealt with. After I paid for hosting, they forced a KYC verification process that does not work at all. The process gets stuck every time and never completes. I attempted the verification multiple times, but it constantly failed due to their broken system.

Instead of fixing their own technical issue, Razorhost suspended my hosting account without warning. This caused my websites to go offline and resulted in major loss of traffic, users, and business. For any online business, this kind of irresponsibility is unacceptable.

Their support team is completely useless, slow replies, generic responses, and zero real help. There was no urgency, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the problem they caused. They clearly do not care about customer impact once they have taken your money.

Razorhost is unprofessional, unreliable, and unsafe for serious websites. If you value your business, uptime, or sanity, stay far away from this hosting provider.

Very Bad service and slow speed
मैं इसके यहां से होस्टिंग लिया लेकिन wordpress में updraft से मेरे डाटा/बैकअप को रिस्टोर करने में प्रॉब्लम आ रही थी। मैंने इन को बोला ठीक करने के लिए तो इसने रिप्लाई दिया कि आपके बैकअप में मालवेयर है जिससे वह प्रॉब्लम हो रहा है। मैंने स्कैन किया तो हमको कुछ नहीं मिला। तो इसने कहा की हिस्ट्री देख लो। तो मैंने कहा की हिस्ट्री से क्या लेना देना अभी तो नहीं है ना।।

खैर वह प्रॉब्लम मालवेयर का नहीं था। मैंने होस्टिंग कंपनी चेंज किया तो मेरा वह प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व हो गया।
यह अनलिमिटेड स्टोरेज देते हैं लेकिन सर्वर से कुछ सेटिंग करके रखते हैं कि लोगों का काम ही ना हो।
इसलिए कोई भी आदमी इसका सर्विस ना ले। और लेते हैं तो लेकर पछताने के अलावा और कुछ ऑप्शन नहीं है।

मैं तो मोदी जी के कारण ले लिया उनके मेड इन इंडिया प्रोडक्ट को सपोर्ट करने के लिए। लेकिन ऐसे ghatiya कंपनी रहेगी तो मेड इन इंडिया को सपोर्टिंग क्यों करेगा कोई?? खैर आप लोग इसकी सर्विस बिल्कुल भी ना ले।

और यह हमको जान गया होगा कि किसने रिव्यू दिया है क्योंकि जो प्रॉब्लम में बताया हूं शायद मेरे साथ आया है और भी लोगों के साथ आया होगा।।

Do not buy at all - even if they are cheap - they suspended my account saying they need to do KYC - And KYC is compulsory here ! Just for 59 rs web hosting..

and they do not care about the website traffic - they just suspended the hosting - website not accessible until KYC is done. are you kidding me

I strongly advise everyone not to purchase any service from here. If you do, a terrible experience awaits you. There is no customer support at all, and the servers are extremely poor in quality.

This is the worst hosting provider its supporting ticket and live chat do not work .Do not Buy This Hosting You will lost your Money . One Person contacted me at my number and he listen my problems regarding c pannel and ssl if the problem will solved i will write another review

shittiest domain and hosting provider i've ever seen. they cannot change the domain name and their team is too laid back and will never ever respond you. Their support comes online once in a bluemoon and wont bother to fix your issues and wont reply either. Sucha shitty service provider. Dont lose your money on these shitty services!

Warning to all entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small business owners using web hosting! My entire business website and all its data were just deleted without warning by Razorhost. I'm tagging their CEO, Siddharth Shankar, because this level of unreliability and disregard for customer data is unacceptable.They terminated my web hosting account and wiped out everything—years of work—with no communication or backup. I had initially faced an issue after purchasing their premium plan — site otechy.com and cPanel became inaccessible shortly after switching the domain name servers, and I couldn’t even request a refund as no option was available. I submitted two tickets and didn’t receive a response for two days, which was quite frustrating.

However, the issue has now been resolved, and my website is back online. I appreciate their support team for finally addressing the problem, though a quicker response time would have made the experience much better.

I would have given zero to this company, but have to rate it 1. Their customer support is pathetic and doesnt respond to high-priority tickets for at least 4 weeks, as I have seen. They also change the dates after 2-3 weeks so that they don't appear as recent. How? I have no idea, but I have experienced it.

Poor support from razorhost. Don't buy hosting plans from them. They deduct money and won't provide support or activate your hosting

They are a bunch of thieves. Poor service.. Repeated deductions from my bank card.. I can't contact support. I do not recommend subscribing to this company.

its been 3 days that I cannot access my whm reseller account, I created a ticket and no response all my website are not working, its really frustrating I lost mu trust and business, not a good webhosting company

I recommend that you don't buy any services from this company. If you purchase anything and then need any help, they are not going to support you anymore.
There is no phone number where you can call for help. The only option we have is to make a ticket, and they are not going to reply to the ticket or any email, which is why we don't buy any service or product

Do not buy from here. I buy Shared Hosting - Premium Plan and transfer my site. After that maximum time, my site is not open. opened a ticket, but there has been no response.
