They Delete the Everything From the Server

I am using razorhost from 6 months, suddenly I check my website is vanish.. i check file manager, there is no file... everything gone from server..and no one reply from the mobile number not from the ticket.. i pay 10000/- for my webdesign to developer, now everything just gone...

Pathetic Services Dont buy their services

I agree with above all mail. there is no customer supports. My website is down for last 48 hrs , after reaise the complaint no one is reply . even they dont have any live chat or proper support team. pls dont buy this products.

The first issue is the website keeps…

The first issue is the website keeps blocking my ip-adress so i need vpn to login🤕. Customer Services are nice when they respond but very hard to reach. The other issue i noticed is that they restrict your resources only after 300mb of bandwidth usage😳.

The overall issue i think is the staff don,t care. not becouse they are evil. But because the company pays or treats them badly🤕

pathetic service

pathetic service. there is no response despite downtime for past 48 hours. It is useless hosting service. There is absolutely no customer support at all

No reply on my tiket

I have never seen this type of dirtiest web host company. No customer service, I raised a ticket, but still no reply.
for the domine transfer, I raised a ticket, no reply.
by mistake, I have taken domine from Razor Host.

There products and price is good but…

There products and price is good but there Support is 💩
If you just wanted to test website
If you're a student you check website then only use thia website
If you want to open something like online store or something else then don't do that
I am opening my clothing store on it they give me system maintenance when there website is open my cpanel is full rest
My all website files is deleted everything is removed
Then I try very hard to contact them but no response
