Very worst hosting service.i just bought hosting before few days.my website is down for 5 days no response no customer care agent will answer you , no solution on my tickets , i think my website will never come back. my request is dont use this hosting . better go for others . very very worst service

Horrible service. The server is always down. Fraud company. Only cares about initial payment and then site is always down. If any one serious about website do not take their service.

The website which i have in production is down till 3 days. I am so much worried and felt lost.

Server can crash any time. they don't take responsibility. If the server is crashed they don't recover data. I lost my all client data.

Very very bad service, only 50% uptime. not recommended all, I'm also lost all website files.

The server crashed and all data lost. Not picking phone and not responding whatsapp. No courtesy at all.

Do not waste your money

We lost our customers data because of their server maintenance. Its not safe to have your websites with them. They simply say because of hard or caterstophic failurethey lost data. They dont even responsd.

Very bad server and cannot rely on the same. We just now moved one of our first customer to razorhost and on the day of deployment the server is not up and we now might face a blacklisting or even worst a penalty for the same. Please do not go for razorhost if you are planning for real production or client data.

cheapest hosting plans, cheapest support and slowest page load at times. don't risk your site data. you never know when might the server move or breaks down. good for students and learners.

Razorhost.in is using your LOGO with 5 star ratings. But I dont find that is authenticated in your site. Dont you have any checking measure what frauds are using or doing with your logo? That way we are being cheated with your silent, passive and unintentional approval

Today only hosted my client site really happy with services easily transferred my existing domain to this host and unbelievable super good fast and images videos are loading in lighting speed thanks for the good service please keep it the same service very happy to be part of razor host will be host more our clients website to here

Fake and fraud hosting provider meant for looting people
Their services are so slow that I have to about 5mins to do a single thing
Like installing a new theme , logging in , making new pages and posts, uploading widgets and plugins
Customer support is also slow that no one replies if you raise a ticket from the website
They have WhatsApp support chat where only one person is there who talks very rudely and threatens to ban account if said something against his services

रेजरहोस्ट फर्जी वेबसाइट है ये लोगो को ठगने के लिए सबसे सस्ता ऑफर देते है जब पेमेंट कर देते हो उसके २ दिन से १ हफ्ते के अंदर ही आपका अकाउंट बंद कर देते है और आपकी वेबसाइट भी बिलकुल डाऊन कर देते है। भाईयो किसी ने सही कहा है सस्ता रोये बार-बार और मेहंगा रोये एक बार। दोस्तों मेरा भी अकाउंट २४ घंटो में ही बंद कर दिया और वेबसाइट एरर दिखा रहे है

बहुत कोशिश की इनसे बात करने की मेल भी किये और वाट्सअप पर भी मैसेज किया पर कोई जवाब नहीं देते Razorhost.in और Razorhost.net वाले। बाद में इनके रिवियु देखे ऑनलाइन पर तो पता चला की ये फ्रॉड है इनसे कभी भी कोई भी सर्विस मत लेना बाद में आपके हाथ में कुछ नहीं रहा जायेगा।

I use the shared hosting service. All the features are good, BUT i don't know why they keep disabling the python, node and PHP selectors(and when asked why they do so they simply talks some blah blah). We have to call them and tell them our email to fix this. The worst part here is that I usually works at night and at night they don't attend phones and I have to wait till next day morning to fix this issue. And so my customers should have been waiting for a crucial things, the gets disappointed too because of this.

I never seen this type of support team, continuesly messaging from 3 days, they are simply ignoring, Completely unprofessional, my WordPress sites always says problem with mysql and even phpmyadmin will not open sometimes,
