I love the tea maker from Amazon! It was pricey so I hesitated for a while. I got a bunch of teas from a recent trip in Asia and have been enjoying great teas…until my tea maker stopped working. I was afraid it was submerged in water but none of my family touched it (they know its my favorite thing in the world!). I emailed customer service and after a few manipulation, it turns out that there was loss of contact and my kettle needs to be replaced. Wilson is super nice to mail it to me within 1-2 days and I couldn’t be any happier! Thank you and more power. I love the customer service and attention!

Excellent customer service. Recently the basket stopped working on my Razorri Tea Maker.
I think this was due to my dog sitter using the machine inappropriately in my absence.
I contacted Razorri and Wilson helped me get a replacement basket as promptly as possible.
I do love this Razorri Tea Maker. Enjoying tea is one of my most favorite things.
It's very easy to use. I love the control over water temperature and brewing time. So pleased with this purchase.

I received a Razorri beer growler for Christmas. The Growler fell on the floor and the cover broke off, I contacted them for a replacement, the customer service is very responsive and very helpful, I got my replacement in a few days from ordering it. Customer service contacted me to ensure that the cover arrived and it was the right part. Top notch service!! I would recommend Razorri to all my friends and family.

The Tea Maker is great, just what we wanted and looks so cool as well. Good workmanship and sturdy. Had an issue with it but the support person, Wilson, walked me through the troubleshooting and ultimate resolution. So nice working with a support person that not only is timely but thorough. Top rate product and support.

Das erste Teekocher hat leider nicht lange gehalten. Jedoch war die Reklamation wahnsinnig schnell, freundlich und zielführend. Nach 3 Tagen hatten wir einen neuen Teekocher und freuen uns wieder für das Büro Tee kochen zu können.

Great product. Ordered the automatic tea maker kettle. It looks great and coming out of the box it's easy to assemble; however, the only issue I had was that the power base would not turn on. So I contacted support online and I received an email a couple days later because it was the holidays. Yuki assisted me and getting a replacement for my tea kettle base. The process was simple easy and fast and I was able to receive my new tea kettle and tea kettle base shortly thereafter. Great customer service great product that I'm able to know use. Highly recommend this company and their products.

Their customer service is top notch, quick with replies and with problem solving.

I enjoy the extra minutes in the morning when I wake up to my already brewed tea. Thank you Razorri!

This product works great product I use it for tastes better and leaves a little spark in your mouth after drinking it through the growler. It is convenient and I can take it anywhere with me. Looking into to getting the 128 oz version as well!

I had issues with my pizza oven and Yuki worked to resolve the issue for both Razorri and myself.

I had a minor issue with a part on my pizza oven/grill. Razorri’s customer service was quick and responsive. They sent me a replacement part and now the oven works great.

Very complicated but I’ll try to explain! I purchased two
Pasta machines from them and neither one worked because.Their customer’s service was truly exceptional and everting was worked out to my complete satisfaction. I would say Razorri is among the most honest business people I have ever dealt with in my life.

Rizorri pasta maker purchased about 6 months ago is great. I did have a problem recently when I did not put it together properly. This was my error! I contacted Customer Service by e mail and response was within a few hours. Results and contact were the best I’ve had from a company in years. Will definitely do future business with them and recommend you to do so also.
