Excellent service from YY!

I had an absolutely excellent experience buying and setting up my new iPhone. YY was extremely helpful, patient and professional throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure everything was set up properly, and never made me feel rushed.

His customer service was genuinely outstanding and he went above and beyond to make the whole experience easy and enjoyable. It’s not often you come across someone who takes such pride in looking after a customer.

I am waiting for over a week to get the PAC codes. Seems like if you want to leave RCUK there is little chance...

You will go through hell trying to get your PAC code to go to another service provider

@RCUK - I am the account holder. You have made it impossible to get through to someone to get the codes. I have been promised a callback on numerous occasions. Get your act together

I needed a new device, so i spoke to AY.N, who advised as I was in London, I can visit the N16 branch and see my options and he will handle the contract.
I popped into the N16 branch to discuss potential devices for the upcoming upgrade; the staff were excellent, very accommodating and easy to deal with, and came up with various great options, explaining pros and cons.
They helped me choose the best option, and walk away with my new phone, happy and hassle free, knowing it is handled and that as usual, RCUK & its incredible staff have got it covered.
Thank you to Meir H and Martin in N16 for the advise on the devices, and as always, AY. N, in M7 who took care of the upgrade, stress free and with 5☆ service.

I can't recommend Y Y highly enough. The customer service is outstanding. He is always available to help, responds quickly, and follows up to make sure everything is under control and that any issues are fully resolved.

As a loyal, long-term customer of RCUK, I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated with the service I have received recently.

I purchased a brand-new phone at the Hillwood branch, which unfortunately turned out to be completely faulty right out of the box. Despite my history with the company, the post-purchase support has been non-existent.

Here is what I have attempted so far to resolve this:

Phone Calls: Multiple attempts with no resolution.

Emails: Still waiting for response.

In-Store Visits: I have physically gone to both the Hillwood and Stamford Hill branches, yet I am still left with a broken device and no solution.

I am not asking for special treatment—just the basic customer support that any client deserves, especially a returning one. Leaving a loyal customer stranded with a defective product is not the standard I expected from RCUK.

I expect management to contact me immediately to arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Great service from RCUK. YY helped me with my purchase of a new tablet and was outstanding throughout. He went out of his way to make sure everything was sorted and transferred properly. Really smooth experience, highly recommend.
