We’ve used Alfonica for many years and have been very happy with the service. Nathan in particular is always extremely helpful and quick to resolve any questions or issues. Reliable service and a great team to deal with.

Zack and the team at Alphonica are an absolute pleasure to work with. Zack is always available to help, even with last-minute requests, and nothing ever feels like too much of a challenge. I cancelled my broadband with Alfonica when I moved out of my flat, and a member of their staff explicitly confirmed the cessation date. Despite this, Alfonica has continued to issue invoices and attempt to charge me for a period after the service was terminated.

I have written to them several times to query the incorrect charges, providing my account number, invoice number and all relevant details, yet I have received no reply whatsoever. Being billed for a service I no longer receive, with no way of resolving the matter because customer service simply ignores emails, is completely unacceptable.

If you are considering this provider, be aware that cancelling may not be the end of it – you may find yourself chasing incorrect bills with no one responding. I would strongly advise avoiding Alfonica. One star.

I was moving out of an apartment at the end of June. I sent them an email with the proper 1 month notice. Despite multiple reminder emails from me, they didn't reply till 8 days AFTER my move out and then said they will end the service for that date and charge me a cancellation.

They're basically liars and cheats and I'll be seeing them in court. It's not about the 40 GBP, it's that they think they can ignore customers and then fleece them as they please.

Switching over to Alfonica ran very smoothly and the service and support provided was excellent. Josh and the team went above and beyond to help us and they were so obliging.

We recently worked with Alfonica to install a new phone system for our organization, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. From the moment we signed the contract, the entire process was a fast and efficient setup that ensured we were ready before the start of the new school year.

One of the standout aspects of their service was the way they handled our existing telephone number. To avoid any disruption, they temporarily moved our number to a landing hub while the porting process was underway. This meant we could install and test the new system right away without waiting for the number to transfer, which made a huge difference to our planning and operations.

Special thanks to Josh, who supported us throughout — from initial setup to configuring voicemails, updating users, and adjusting extensions. He was always available and incredibly helpful. We're extremely appreciative of his excellent service.

Alfonica are very professional and service driven.

Despite a rather rushed and last-minute installation request, Alfonica delivered! There were challenges on the way, with several small-but-annoying delays to the fibre installation (not Alfonica's fault, simply blocked ducts), but at every step of the way, Phil kept me informed and updated on progress.
