We now have a long standing relationship with Alfonica having converted all of our 6 buildings to use their cloud telephone service. With some bespoke solutions required for our sound studios and over 700 staff and clients working with the phones daily, I literally cannot fault the technology, the team and the service Alfonica have provided. All first class and overseen by Simon Fogal who has been an excellent account manager.

Alfonica are a fantastic service provider! Working with Phil Perkins is just a delight, he's extremely helpful and knowledgable and his response time is fab! A great asset to Alfonica and co!

We made contact with Alfonica to quote for a leased internet line with installation ASAP. I was given a quote promptly and advised it takes at least 3 months for a leased line to be installed and become live (industry standard). We are now less than 2 months from signing the contract and our leased line has been installed and now LIVE. A big thanks to Simon & Phil who made this happen so promptly and beating their own lead times.

I have been a costumer for a few years with a few companies, and i can say that i have only had good experience, and great costumer service.

Sammy explained the system fully before quoting and when we weren't sure about our broadband connection sorted an engineer out to come and update it, Installation of phones was easy as Sammy came into the office to help and make sure the lines had ported. Alfonica made this so easy and it was a job I was dreading to do.

Thank you to Josh and Angelo for setting up my new phone system and Broadband, which has been a very smooth transition. Even the little touches like the phones were labelled for who it was. A great product and service. Would definitely recommend. And thanks to Moishe for making the sale very simple.

We were looking to upgrade our telephone system involving a switchboard with 30+ extensions.
Excellent service from start to finish. Firstly they gave an easy to understand all encompassing quote and then talked us through the various options. All p[hones set up remotely so as they were plugged in they automatically worked. Any problems have been resolved extremely quickly and efficiently, together with any changes we have needed.

Very happy with the experience with team at Alfonica. Nathan went above and beyond, making special accommodations for setting up a line for a charity. And Josh from support has been an excellent point of contact and very efficient and helpful.

We have been a client of Alfonica for some time now. We had a slight issue at one of our sites - we reported it to Alfonica and it was dealt with so quickly - responded straight away, talked through what needed to be done - followed up with appt following day for Open Reach and problem resolved within less than 24 hours - couldn't rate them highly enough - fantastic all round.

We receive a great service. Every enquiry, whether it is a technical or a logistical issue, is always dealt with speedily and highly efficiently by Dave Cain, who is our main point of contact.

Shocking service.

Our business phone lines have been down for nearly 24 hours now.

Having called customer services on a number of occasions to find out the problem and when it will be fixed, they've stated they aren't sure of the problem and cannot put a timescale on it being fixed.

This is not acceptable, we are losing money and custom.

Hi my name is Chaim, I want to give some feedback on the wonderful service I received from your management, I moved recently a address and I wanted to keep my old landline number but change to a different provider and I contact my new provider and they couldn't help me to move over my number because they said that they need to have the information who the number carrier is before they port my number over to the new provider, so I contacted the previous provider and asked them who is the carrier on that number, they couldn't help me with that info, so what I couldn't move over my number to my new provider because both sides providers couldn't help me with this information, and that took long weeks, until I contacted your team with someone of your team called Chris and he helped me finally to get the information which I needed, so thank you so much and I wish you success on all your work,
