Re Solvedit Reviews 

This company cold called my 81 year old mother and claimed they could get money back for her on previous scams that she had been a victim of. They charged her £3562 up front, there would have been a 15% success fee on the recovered amount (allegedly £19000) and they tried to take her for another £3952.40 for taxes payable on the recovered amount which supposed to be coming in September. Then she was targeted by a contractor representing CLK solutions who pressured mum into agreeing to remedial work on the roof for damage caused by the other 2 scams. Both claimed that they weren't connected. Absolutely disgusting, don't touch with a bargepole. Have cancelled the contract and requested a refund of her initial payment which they say has gone on 4 months of legal work and the compensation is already secured but won't come until September so mum will lose that as a result of cancelling.

Trying to contact them, but no answer on the phone just tells you the mail box is full, and no response to email. Taken my mum for over £3k.
Absolutely ridiculous and a complete joke of a company.

AVOID AT ALL COST

They claim to support you through a claim, but don't understand how claims work! After a 10 week wait I was advised by my bank that the paid-for letter was pointless and my Section 75 claim could easily be filed by filling an online form and answering a few questions. My claim was then successful.
Despite numerous emails and phone calls, I have received no response from the company since paying for the original letters.
The good news is my Section 75 claim against Re SolvedIt was upheld by my bank (I paid by credit card), and I received a full refund.
A company that should be avoided at all costs!

I was pressurised into dealing with them by another company, to claim money back on a solar panel installation.
Stupidly I paid £299 upfront, of £4250 requested!, signed a contract, then cancelled it 2 days into the 14 day allowance period, after Googling them.
The cancellation was acknowledged on 31/03/2026 with refund promised within 14 days. Needless to say, I haven’t received it.

I was almost guaranteed a win and money back so stupidly paid £3000 up front for there services. Wish I hadn’t bothered now as still waiting for an outcome

A total scam.

After a zoom call and what was then positive reviews, the company guaranteed a full refund. The promise of them doing all the work and simply notifying them when payment had been received was a lie. They couldn't even write letters properly, hardly ever reply, and when they do, state that they've been in hospital or some other disaster.
Can't wait to meet with them in person, if Spencer Cottrell, Anita, Natalie or Kirsty Wilson are even their real names. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Scam.

We were cold called by the Nationwide Claim Centre (which seems legit) who had our details from solar panel installation, claiming to be a non profit organisation.

We were then passed to Solved IT Services Lt (or Resolve IT) who talked utter nonsense, said solar panels are covered by the Financial Compensation Authority (!!), wanted £3500 up front for 10 hours of paralegal time to claim for under performing solar panels, and a warranty that cant be honoured as our solar panel company went bust. The another 15% of the compensation they would get for us. What paralegal charges £300ph?!

This firm tried to get my parents to part with £3,000 in fees up front. They had little or no information about where they got my parents information from. They make the Energy Advice Centre sound like a government official referral system - which they are not. My parents are on a telephone preference list yes they still cold called them and told me it wasn't their responsibility to check. Do Not Touch
