We had an initial review with this company and paid a deposit for them to start some initial work the following day. After the interview we reviewed the interview and more information on the company and decided to cancel, which we did the same day, by phone to the MD and in writing, before any work could commence. They did not commence any work but they have refused to refund the deposit paid for the initial work. Not good.

I was impressed with the time and attention shown by the team, firstly in understanding our situation and then in advising on the strength of our case for a claim for compensation. Lisa was particularly thorough looking at options with regard to the various different legislation that might apply. She was able to provide an indicative figure on what any claim might be worth.
