Excellent service by Preeti! High five!

Two days into being a Reach customer and I've already communicated with their Customer Service team several times. They assisted me wonderfully and setup was super easy! So far everything has been great! The only thing I wish I could change is being able to manage my account outside of the Reach application on my phone.

I had difficulty activating my new Reach account. It was late at night and I used the chat line to request help. The Reach agent, Preeti, was just terrific. She was very patient with my "old guy" errors and offered to do the activation from her end, taking up much of her time. Her kindness is highly appreciated and I hope Reach recognizes her excellent customer support skills and personable style.

Anita was great with assisting with setting up my account and having the new sim card for the new service being sent. Very impressed with the service!

Im so happy that my issues about porting was solved quickly. The agent was doing an excellent job in processing my issues and make things done quicker than i tought. I will definitely recommend them to my families and friends.

Freeda was very helpful with a really technical question about our Galaxy J3 phones and the upcoming 3G shutdown. She escalated to the technical team and got me an answer within just a few minutes.

I am so appreciative of the knowledge and responsiveness your customer service team is able to provide through the Chat feature. Reetika was extremely helpful in making sure my new SIM card arrived and in helping me get my new number set up. It's wonderful to be able to make and receive calls again, and to know that I can easily get support whenever there is a problem.

I had some trouble with the automated set up process not recognizing my ZIP code, but the customer service I got from Balvinder took care of the whole problem for me and got everything set up with no further hassle!

We had been considering moving from Reach to get a slightly cheaper rate. But their customer support is so excellent we decided to upgrade to their new 5G service and customer support was excellent as we transferred the two phones (especially Anita!). Thank you!!

Had an issue where I couldn't make or receive calls. Chat picked up right away and walked me through a network reset. Fast and friendly - hope it works!

My phone quit working and they figured it out and got it working. The agent was very good.

After trying to activate a new 5G phone on my own, I used the chat feature and connected with Preeti who walked me through it and connected my second line for me after I was encountering additional problems. I am a happy, satisfied customer!
