Dixit, you are the best support I have ever seen in my life (and I'm over 60: I've heard about it): totally responsive, attentive, facilitating, caring, extremely professional and competent. I can only give you enormous praise... you enhance, you improve your ReachShip product with so much passion for the customer, and you show us the joy of using this very good product under these best auspices.
We are a small Australian company, starting a PETANQUE SPOT AUSTRALIA business, which sells for the first time on its website "petanque-spot.com.au", built on Woocommerce/Wordpress: articles and services related to this glorious game French that is Pétanque... and we discovered ReachShip - as a multi-carrier plugin - including Australia Post.
We downloaded it, and given our low technical level in E-commerce tools: we had to quickly request the support offered and we discovered something extraordinary, thanks to this providential man!!!
In conjunction with its technical services, Dixit also helped us resolve slow connection problems with Australia Post, which have since been completely resolved.
