The quality is always good but I feel like I fell for a marketing ploy. I did want matcha as it's a treat for my family and when it was advertised, I instantly put in an order, stocking up on other things as well. After you had pushed the ceremonial grade matcha and a day or two after my order had been put in, you then sent round an email explaining different grades of matcha and I realized that I could have gone with the cheaper one, based on our usage. It would have been good if your original marketing saying 'buy it now before we sell out again' had also explained what the different grades are and that you had both.

Order got mislayed and was sorted out after I contacted them.

Product is excellent. Delivered promptly.

UPDATE In response to RealFoodSource's response claiming that their scans, packing footage, courier weights and delivery photograph prove the third bottle was sent, I will set out the facts: I have repeatedly asked to see this evidence.

Aside from two stills from the packing footage, which do not establish that three bottles were packed, they have refused to provide the remaining evidence to me, stating that they will only provide it to my bank as part of the chargeback process and that they will not correspond with me further.

Throughout this complaint, the approach has been deny and attack. Their response to my review simply continues that approach.

I have also since discovered that there are two separate Trustpilot profiles for RealFoodSource, including one with much lower ratings. I have no idea why there are two profiles, but it certainly raises questions when considered alongside the customer-service complaints appearing in reviews across both accounts.

I have now left the matter with my bank to consider the evidence RealFoodSource say they have.

In all my years on this planet, I have never experienced such poor customer service. For their attitude alone, I would not order from these people should something go wrong. This is clearly a pattern within the reviews.

All was going swimmingly until this issue arose and I am genuinely shocked by the way they have handled this given the substantial orders I have placed with them.

I have placed a few substantial orders with Real Food Source since discovering the company and, until now, intended to continue using them.

Unfortunately, my latest large order contained only 2 of the 3 bottles of MCT oil I ordered and paid for. I unpacked all three boxes of my order completely and checked everything thoroughly. There was no third bottle, although everything else in the order was present.

I contacted Real Food Source and was told that all three bottles had been packed. I was then advised to check the boxes and inner packaging again. More emails were exchanged, but the customer service was essentially non-existent. There was no real attempt to resolve the issue. It seemed that they were right, I was wrong, and that was the end of it - a very strange way to treat customers who are spending hundreds of pounds.

I find it extremely disappointing that, rather than resolving a straightforward missing-item issue with a repeat customer, I have effectively been told that I must have overlooked the missing bottle.

Unfortunately, because of the way this has been handled, I will not be ordering from Real Food Source again. Having since looked at other reviews, it appears that my problem with customer service is not an isolated experience.

Arrived really quickly and exactly as described.

Excellent products at competitive prices.
Particularly the chopped unsulphurated apricots . perfect for enhancing a granola .

Sorry can't say much at present. I bought the vanilla pods to make vanilla extract, this will take some months and the dried strawberry pieces to use in baking. But all looks as expected.
