I understand other people had bad experiences but I had only positive. And my God I love their designs. Beautifully cut, beautiful prints, very stylish, I have bought 5 dresses in total. Very happy.

I ordered the Alba dress and…
I ordered the Alba dress and unfortunately received a wrong order, they must have gotten mixed up. However, the customer service via chat immediately took care of my problem, we exchanged a few emails and I quickly received a full refund after being able to return the wrong package for free. Some time later, I decided to give the brand another chance and now have my Alba dress and am more than happy with the experience and customer service. I ordered from Germany.

Awful! Do not order.
The clothes are poor quality. The dress I ordered was cheap material and misshaped.
When ordering the dress the website promoted a discount code which I applied. Upon receipt of the dress and the poor quality I applied for a refund on the same day as delivery to be told there was no refunds if discount codes had been applied.
I raised the concern which was dismissed with we can pick you items that you would like. Why on earth would I want to order more poor quality items

Realisation Par is a company of scammers. I ordered a dress through their official website for my elopement (the carla in ivory). They sent the wrong dress (i received a Gia in red size Medium). Not sure how such a huge mistake was made and how they managed to get literally everything wrong, but oh well mistakes happen.
I contacted their customer support to let them know about the mistake. It took FOURTEEN emails over the course of TEN days to get my proper item shipped.
During that time they requested that I ship the incorrect item back to them, and reassured me that they would reimburse the shipping cost once they received it.
I sent them back the item on January 30th, along with receipts proving it was sent and showing the cost of shipment. Since that that date they were ducking me and avoiding my emails inquiring about when I would receive reimbursement.
Today they finally responded to me requesting a paypal account for reimbursement. I informed them I don't have one. They insisted reimbursement could only be done that way. This makes absolutely NO sense. If you don't need paypal to make a purchase you should not need paypal to accept a reimbursement. ESPECIALLY considering they did not make this clear before having me ship the item to them.
The manager I corresponded with continued to email me passively aggressively basically implying I either find a way to get the money thru paypal or F off.
These people are scammers and will find every way to give you the run around and finesse you out of your money. DO NOT BUY from their site! You are infinitely better off purchasing second hand from a trusted source.

Very sketchy company
Very sketchy company. Late responses or sometimes not even a response. When they do respond, they make it difficult to return. I’ve read so many reviews that say they will take your return but not refund you. So, now I’m too concerned to deal with them and send it, even though I can’t use what I bought. Bad experience and overpriced for China mass production very thin clothing. Bad reputation.

Cardigan disaster
I loved their dresses but I recently bought a cardigan that after a week of wear looked awful. Looks as if I’ve had it for years, it’s basically unwearable, worst quality knitwear I ever got in my possession. 100+ pounds….
There is refusal of a return since I’ve worn it. What a waste of money, you get better quality from the supermarket seriously.

Dreadful
Dreadful, dreadful quality! I bought the Carolin dress to wear on special occasions (which retails for £235) and the black pigment has completely faded after 2 wears & dry cleans. The dress is now a light grey colour, almost the same as the white spots. Upon contacting customer service they told me it was a 'wear and tear' issue despite my following the care instructions entirely and wearing it for a maximum of 9 hours total. Really disappointed with both the quality of the garments and of the customer support. If you're going to sell a shoddy product for a premium price at least have quality customer service. The material is super thin and kind of reminiscent of Primark dresses also, which I was fine with because it fit really nicely but in hindsight is a major red flag. Super disappointed :(

Scamming and frauding customers, not refunding on false grounds
You may think this is a trustworthy company because its mainstream but this morning I woke to an email sent last night saying they are refusing my refund of £200, lying that the return I sent back didn't pass their quality check due to it smelling of cigarettes. Which is interesting because I cannot and do not smoke due to conditions. The return was sent back in mint condition, swiftly. I am waiting for a response from them following this shocking act of fraud to see if they will rightly refund me. Otherwise I will be escalating legally. To avoid stress and fraud, avoid this company at all costs

Worst quality ever & overpriced
I bought a dress in February from them. It’s super cute I liked it I wore it maybe 5 times before I took it to get dry cleaned. It comes back completely ruined. The material has completely faded. This dress was nearly $200! I was shocked that something I barely wore and took great care of was destroyed basically. I really liked the dress. I reached out to customer service and they told me I didn’t care for it and that I need to be more gentle bcs it’s silk? Like dude obviously I cared for it. It’s a dress I’m gonna wear it. What am I supposed to do just leave it in my closet and never wear it? That’s what you mean by proper care? Seriously such bs. They kept making it seem like it was my fault and won’t provide me a refund or credit or just a replacement of the dress! They offered a 20% discount which is laughable. Like yeah I’m gonna buy another $200 item from you after this whole experience. I’m so frustrated.
Scamming customers
I bought two dresses in the sale and it was not made clear that refunds are not accepted. It's exchange or store credit only! Having bought a dress from this store previously and loved it I couldn't decide which dress I wanted so I wanted to try them both on to decide. I contacted about returning and I cannot afford to pay for both dresses. I would have never purchased both had I known! So disappointing that this is how companies make money from people. For almost £300 dresses the packaging is very basic so I should have known! After this money is used I will not be purchasing from here again.
The most shameful customer service experience… ever
Long story short, for a brand selling $90 t-shirts, their customer service js worse than Aliexpress.
Waiting for a very sizeable order (over 300USD), 14 days later no package, go to check my tracking in inbox, search ‘realisation’ in the search bar I’ve received an email the day after my order that never came to my inbox but when to junk. It was asking to confirm my address. Now this is thoughtful and thorough, but the address was correct, and a quick Google would have made that abundantly clear. So 14 days wasted when I needed this garment for an upcoming trip in a month from the purchase date, and no attempt at a follow up email or even a text?
I get back to them explaining that the address is correct and I appreciate the thorough work. I then get an automatic email where they tell me their main warehouse is closed for holidays but they have a second warehouse they’ll attempt to send from. I go back again expressing that I ordered this well in advance (a month) of needing it, they didn’t follow up despite me not replying after 2 weeks, and I’d like to know if they can priortise my order or if I can get express shipping because this is an exceptional circumstance of an issue that is technically their fault (they could have followed up OR googled my address and it would have clearly been correct). The reply I get is disgusting. Rose tells me I can’t get express shipping, and directs me to the shipping page. She A) doesn’t acknowledge my upset at this communication process and B) doesn’t even apologise C) mentions nothing about this second warehouse. I go back again telling them that unfortunately this is not my issue to rectify as the address was CLEARLY correct, and again ask if it can be shipped from another warehouse as . I then proceed to wait 7 days until Hannah responds this time… telling me they have two warehouses (yes, I inow this?) and asking me if I have had an update on my parcel yet. I tell her no I haven’t, because no one has responded to me, and that while I understand a lot of people are waiting for parcels this is exceptional circumstances and I am appalled at their lack of communication and customer service especially as a first time customer, and if this cant arrive in time I will be needing to ask about a refund. Once again, rather than acknowledge and criticism about the brand or my refund request, she replies two days later telling me the warehouse is open again and will begin shipping soon. Another wonderful bandaid response.
This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. The influencer who owns this brand should be ashamed at the basic lack of transparency and also care that she places on a good customer service experience. I don’t know if their policy is to be ignorant, or if these reps have never worked a day in retail in their life, but I could do a better job. If I spend hundreds of dollars with your brand I expect to feel like you actually care about getting me my parcel, not as if I am inconveniencing you asking for my package to be delivered after 3 weeks. At this rate my package will NOT arrive before my trip — it will have been ONE MONTH since my order — and I am pretty pissed off.
Long story short — don’t buy from a brand that cares more about its profit than accomodating those in exceptional circumstances which could have been avoided if they had been competent. Their cool girl persona is merely that, a persona, and this brand is made for influencers who get PR packages and VIP treatment, not the everyday customer who treasures the clothes they invest in and spend days deciding upon. Spend your money with a brand that deserves it. I know personally, I will never shop here again.

The worst online shopping experience I have ever had!
I purchased the silk Amelie dress (1 of 4 items). When trying it on, I undid the zip, slipped into it and zipped the dress back up, I then immediately noticed a long snag in the fabric on the front of the dress (some 20cm long). On close inspection, I realised that a loose thread on the inside of the dress on the material part of the zip had got caught in the metal zip, that then caused the fabric to snag.
I had purchased the dress for an upcoming holiday (this was Thursday I was going away Tuesday). With no contact number and time not on my side, I purchased the dress again in the hope that it would arrive in time. I then sent them an email detailing the fault and asking them to organise a return for a refund. Simple.... or so I thought.
Halle responded to me fairly quickly asking for images of the fault. I sent her quite a few, including the snag itself, the thread/s caught in the zip and of all of the labels attached to the dress to prove it hadn't been worn.
To my utter amazement she responded, explaining that they had looked over the images and did not deem the damage as a fault, simply "wear and tear" and went on to tell me how delicate the fabric is so it needs extra care and attention when handling it. Because of that they were not willing to offer a replacement or a refund.
Obviously I wasn't having that, so I again reiterated that the fault was caused by a loose thread on the inside of the dress, and considering all I had done was unzip it, slip it on and zip it back up, deeming it as wear and tear was laughable. I again asked for a refund.
Halle replied saying that on this occasion they were happy to offer a replacement and asked me to confirm my address.
I then had to explain again that I had already purchased the replacement so I wanted a refund for the faulty dress.
Her next reply was to tell me that they were only offering a replacement, regardless of the fact that I had already paid for another dress.
By this point I had really had enough. These emails back and forth had also eaten into the first week of my holiday, which she was fully aware of.
I replied telling her that I knew my rights, and she knew full well that for a faulty item I was entitled to a full refund. I then again demanded a refund.
I then had a reply saying "we are happy to offer you a refund" and she went on to give me an address to post the dress back to. I immediately asked for a pre paid label, as I wasn't liable for the postage cost, and I was told "I'm sorry for the confusion, we aren't deeming this a fault, therefore it's down to you to pay the returns cost".
I again asked for them to cover the postage and guess what... no further response from Halle!
I spent nearly £500 with them, not including the £126 they had for the extra dress. So to get a refund I had no choice but to just post it back at my expense.
They now have the dress (as per tracking) ... so let's see how long it takes to get a refund.
In my opinion this company is corrupt. They are dishonest and operate in a very unethical way.
In terms of the items themselves - they are ok. Worth what I paid in the sale? just about. Worth the full price value, absolutely not. I also bought items from Reformation and Faithfull the Brand and they were of much better quality.

bought their milkshake tee, and for the cost of what i paid for, the packaging was very disappointing. the baby tee i bought was washed ONCE and it came out of the dryer with all kind of stains and water spots, indicating a not so great kind of fabric, and also, the print was stretched after washing and not even worn once

Good luck ever returning anything! My daughter bought a shirt that was too big and their instructions say to email them for a Return Authorization number. I did that and the auto response says they will get back to you in 24-48 hours. Over a week later and zero response despite a few follow-up emails. No phone number or option to talk to a human. I had to start a credit card dispute because they give you no way to make a simple return! What a terrible company to deal with.

Ordino il vestito, ben 280€ di un vestito che ne varrà forse 80. Chiedo il rimborso e faccio il reso con spedizione a miei spese e solo dopo praticamente un mese!!! E diverse mail mi hanno in teoria mandato il rimborso solo perché per fortuna avevo pagato con paypal e ho aperto una pratica tramite la loro app… se non lo avessi fatto non so come sarebbe andata a finire . Mi dispiace molto perché è da anni che seguo il loro brand ed ero molto felice di aver ordinato qualcosa

Bought a £260 dress which was wafer thin, you get better products in zara for a quarter of the price.
Clothing aside- I paid £8 tracked postage to return to their UK warehouse, extremely glad I did. It arrived the next day 18th August, after emailing twice over the course of a month which one email was never responded I got a refund 11th September.
Their poor attempt at an apology was that they were short staffed. As a company you should have the courtesy to let your customers know this.
Not only do you have to pay for returning you’ll find they then deduct the original cost of postage. I definitely see where they make their money.
Save yourself the time and money, this is an influencers brand where they send free products to famous people when in reality when regular people purchase the customer service and overall products are shocking.

i ordered dress which is very thin and transparent and this was not in description. now to make a return on my account no option make the return. in the instructions it says go to your account choose item and click rteturn, but there is no button return. ALSO VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ANSWER AFTER 10 DAYS USUALLY TO YOUR EMAIL. order number ORDER #10553877
