THIS IS ABSOLUTELY Unacceptable. We have now waited for this package for over 6 weeks and we have gotten no updates and the FedEx information that’s available says no update available.
We would like a FULL refund including shipping!
We have not heard from you and there’s no phone number to contact any one. It’s extremely frustrating as you can imagine.
I have already sent several messages. We relied on this to be here for my daughter’s graduation in mid June and I didn’t happen and now the package seems to be LOST so please refund the original form of payment ASAP!
Also respond to my email and confirm that this was received.
It’s extremely Disappointing as we have been shopping with Realisation for many years. It’s just a so unprofessional on top of everything!

Ordered a dress last Thursday (8 days ago)for an event tomorrow. On the website it says shipping takes 2-3 business days - ample time to reach me, so I thought. The dress has still not even been dispatched over a week on from order, I have contacted Customer Service repeatedly and have been speaking to Lucy who has told me each day that it's going to be dispatched that day and it hasn't been. I'm now trying to cancel my order for a refund as this is shambolic. For a premium price point this service is terrible. Avoid!!!
Ridiculously horrible and laughable customer service. I’ve reached out several times and I simply have not received a response. Additionally, if you want to return or exchange an item they expect you to handle all shipping related responsibilities yourself.
Poor service. I have sent several emails and they are slow in responding. I returned a dress that was delivered at their adress for a week ago and they still haven't sent the requested dress in return.
I really love their dress, i have 5 of them in my closet. But then there’s something wrong with my latest order, I received a wrong dress, the same day of the delivery I request a return so I can get a store credit, after 5 days I finally got email back they wanted me to take some pictures of the dress and package, so did right away and sent the pictures they requested
Now 2 weeks later I heard NOTHING from them back, I can’t return the wrong dress without a special number/code from them
This is sooo embarrassing for realisation par such a popular brand with awful customer services. Now what? I have the dress I didn’t order, no refund , no store credit
So ladies, finger crossed your order go smoothly because if not there’s no customer service!

The item I bought took over two weeks to arrive and when it finally did it was faulty!
I have attempted to contact Realisation Par multiple times and they have blatantly ignored my requests. I informed them that it is unlawful to not issue a refund on a faulty item…something they should know. They have still not responded to me.

After having purchased 2 x dresses from this company which arrived very promptly but not packaged as they should be given the price tag, I went ahead and ordered another dress in a different colour as I loved them so much.
I would give a 10 out of 10 for the dresses but a 0 out of 10 for their customer service or rather lack of it.
The dresses are beautiful and fit so well but their customer service is absolutely appalling.
I wanted to wear this dress to my fathers funeral but to my horror when it arrived, it was very badly packaged and had massive grease stains right across the middle of the dress which was so obviously visable to the eye.
I didn't understand why quality control hadn't spotted this.
I immediately emailed them to tell them that my new dress had arrived damaged with grease stains down the front of it.
After a day they responded to me and told me that I had to post it back to them, something I did already know.
They told me that they didn't have any paid for labels and that I would have to pay for the postage myself and they would then reimburse me if I sent them a photo of the postage receipt.
On Monday 13t June 2022 I sent the dress back on special delivery before 1pm the next day delivery and promptly sent them a photo of the postage receipt.
It is now Thursday 16th June 2022 and 4 x emails later and I still have had no response from them.
I am waiting for them to acknowledge the receipt of my returned dress, to refund me my postage, reply to my emails and to send me out a new undamaged dress.
Nothing so far ...
Given this extremely bad customer service, I would hesitate in ordering anything else every from this company as they obviously do not have any respect for their customers or of their customers time.

Ordered (Monica dress) and it was dispatched the next day to DPD. Was surprised and relieved, as I had read the reviews on here ~after~ paying and thought oh crap... Glad to be wrong!
My dress has arrived today, packaged well in a ziplock packet, then a cotton tote bag. The dress itself is what I wanted - thin/slightly sheer for the hot summer, and I watched YouTube reviews to decide on my sizing. It matches what Realisation Par recommended in their sizing guide, so points there too. The material was not the slinky silk I expected - more of a gauze type, but I’m not complaining as it suits a day dress better.
I’m very satisfied with my first experience buying from Realisation Par, and look forward to choosing my next piece.
I have recently purchased a dress from Réalisation Par. I wanted to make sure that the dress would arrive in time for a wedding that I am attending tomorrow. Therefore I ordered the dress 8 days ago. However, I was only just told today that it will arrive on Tuesday, 12 days after my purchase and 3 days after I was meant to wear the dress. This remains even though I have paid 13 euros for shipping… I am chocked that a brand so expensive and recognised can have such an awful customer service. I have tried to contact their customer support, but they don’t inform of any number that you can ring, and it takes them days to reply to emails… So to put it shortly: not worth my or anyone else’s money!
I placed an order over a month ago. The order was never delivered and returned to the store, according to FEDEX.
I have emailed the store over 10 times and have never heard back from them.
TERRIBLE customer service and they stole over $300 from me. They are thieves. DO NOT SHOP THERE!
-Placed my order on April 7 and never received it. Tracking info indicated that it was being returned to China.
-Emailed the company on May 2 regarding a refund with no response. Sent two more emails. Still no response
-They finally emailed me back on May 16, a full two weeks later. They told me I had to call Fed-Ex and refused to issue refund after several more resolution attempts. I alerted them that I would need to dispute this with my credit card company if they could not resolve.
-On May 17, 40 days after I placed my order, they said they would send me more pieces, which I did not ask for or want, while continuing to ignore my refund request. It boggles the mind why this company refuses, again and again, to issue a refund.
-I called Fed-Ex and they confirmed return to China. They provided me with a ticket number. Finally, I filed a dispute with my credit card company because it had been 40 days with no package and 17 days with no resolution.
-I alerted the company of the dispute and provided them with the Fed-Ex ticket number.
-On May 18, they told me, again, they would not issue a refund. But this time for 2 reasons: 1. because they typically wait to receive confirmation that a package has been returned to their warehouse (yes, they were actually telling me that I would have to wait for clothing that I never held possession of to be returned to China, as if I was doing a standard return, before I could get my refund), and 2. "As you took the case to your credit card company quickly we are unable to offer a resolution outside the dispute procedure as such we will continue with the dispute" (yes, they actually said I took it to my "credit card company quickly" and that they would rather go through with a dispute then refund me).
Today: 41 days without my order. 18 days of refund refusal.
I’m not usually one to write reviews, but figured my experience with Réalisation Par was worthy of one. I ordered a mini dress that was on pre-order and waited two weeks for any shipping information. It was estimated the shipping date would be between 4/27-4/30. I ordered this dress for an event 5/7. After 4/30 passed and I heard nothing, I emailed customer service and was met with an extremely unprofessional, brief, and rude email that was not apologetic in the slightest for the lack of communication and timely shipping. The customer service representative, Abigail or Abi, was short and unapologetic as to the shipping delays, despite my polite email and desire to know when my dress was expected to arrive. Needless to say, my dress will NOT arrive in time and I am extremely disappointed with both the customer service as well as the mere price I paid for a dress and shipping that would not arrive for weeks. Very disappointed and most likely will not be purchasing directly from them again.
Second some earlier reviews re: the customer service team - I bought a dress and realised that the material had detached from the seams in a number of places. I've sent photos to the team and despite first raising a request for an authorisation code to do an exchange for exactly the same dress/ size etc over 10 days ago am still yet to receive a substantive response from the Realisation team. No contact number or email address beyond the generic one to try and progress this - really disappointing and has completely put me off the brand.
Terrible, terrible costumer service.
I’ve ordered twice from them and had no problem with shipping or receiving the orders on time.
But I’ve returned one of the items and never had such a hard time getting my money back.
I’ve sent them countless emails - most of them left unanswered - the ones that were answered were simply unhelpful.
They told me they started the refund process - which can be confirmed on the website but I have yet to received any kind of confirmation from paypal, which was the payment method I used.
I’ve been trying to get a refund since the 7th of april. It’s the 2nd of may today.
I’ve opened a case on paypal and they haven’t even bothered to respond yet.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NONexistent at best, only responsive when you don't have a difficult question. I got a horrible dress and tried to exchange it (should've just disputed it), they processed a exchange and now the tracking has NOT updated for over a week now with no response on why it is delayed. NEVER NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM, QUALITY IS AWFUL TOO. I am so disappointed, don't trust these internet brands.
I’ve wanted something from this brand for SO LONG, so I finally did it and ordered the emilie Shanghai dress for a photoshoot. I got a size S and when it arrived I was SWIMMING in it, so I reached out to the company to do an exchange for a smaller size. I returned the dress and it arrived at their warehouse on the 8th, but I have yet to receive any word about the exchange or if they’ve received it (even though I’ve emailed them twice about it). SO, I had to rush order a smaller size from a seller on poshmark, it was NWT and when it arrived it was so tight I could barely fit in it. This is not the brands fault at all, but just a heads up on sizing. I’m not sure how someone can be swimming in a S and barely fit in an XS - maybe I just have very weird proportions, but I was super disappointed. The dress is beautiful and the quality is ok, but I’m super bummed with their customer service and their sizing. I guess if I order from them in the future I’m just going to have to order a S and get it tailored to fit.
Don't let the hype fool you. Decided to finally spend some hard earned money on a réalisation isabelli dress and am so dissapointed with the quality :(. Fabric is thin, unlined, see-through, bulks up weirdly in the back... There's clearly a huge gap between production cost and retail prices. Not worth it! Also s*cks I can't return for free.
Ordered two dresses from here and am happy! Arrived quickly. Size XXS fit perfectly. The quality is good although maybe doesn't quite justify the hefty price tag!
I’m very disappointed with the quality. Threads were sticking out and the material is really thin. Definitely not worth paying over 250€.
When I wanted to return the items for a refund (€) they said it’s only possible to exchange them or get store credit since I used a discount code. When I’m not satisfied with the quality in general, I won’t like an exchange or store credit???

Think twice if it’s worth your money.
I am very disappointed with the quality for the price. The fabric is rather thin and cheap feeling and the dress is not lined - the dress was over £200. Additionally, returns are not free and so not only am I disappointed with the quality, I have to pay to return the dress.
UPDATE
No refund weeks later. When I chased for the refund, they said that the dress had not been received. Luckily it was sent tracked so I was able to prove receipt. Refund was then made. It would have been extremely stressful had I not tracked the return.
