I received my order and both the outer and inner box (holding the hilt) were open & damaged.
I sent Rebel Sabers an email with pictures. Within half an hour they replied offering any assistance needed.
I plugged the hilt into the supplied charger and she shouted, "Charging!" Starting to look better.
As it turned out, they craft one tough saber.
It charged to full in 90 minutes, I connected to the app and away I went.
And the saber itself is a work of art - kyber chamber, thin neck, and the neopixel blade.
With a xenopixel core and 32" blade it was $350 delivered.

Bought as a gift and my daughter could not have been happier. They were genuinely concerned with getting the finished product perfect and on time for Christmas. Very refreshing.

Just bought The Count recently. It's my fifth personal saber from Rebel Sabers overall, and my 1st Xenopixel. It's absolutely fantastic, like my other four from here. They even helped me figure out why it was late arriving for delivery, so I'd recommend Rebel Sabers to any who are looking for lightsabers!

Rebel Sabers in one of the only saber companies I will shop at, and they are always the ones I check first.

First of all, their customer service is amazing. Every question I've ever asked has been answered clearly and directly, usually within 24hrs or less.

Secondly, since their customer service is so amazing, they will tell you the truth no matter what. Even if it's something they don't have/won't carry/can't get, they will straight up say it, even if it costs them a sale. They're honest.

Third, because of that honesty, they give great advice. Whether it's on duel-worthiness, questions on cores, asking where to find spare parts (like those pins that EVERYBODY loses), they'll give good advice.

I've already lost count of the number of sabers I have from then, but I know it will grow.
