I'm sure it was an error on their part but they are attempting to make it right with a replacement, other than that my saber is great, Ill have to order the more screen accurate version of Luke's EP6 lightsaber next time lol

I have purchased 5 total sabers from this company. 3 for myself and 2 for my friends. We all love them. The build quality is amazing. I did have to reach out about staff compatibility on one of my sabers, but I received some of the best customer service I have ever experienced with a company. Will definitely be purchasing more sabers in the future!

My only complaint is that they really need to change their shipping service(s). I intend to look for ShipBob and OnTrac on TrustPilot because they S.U.C.K!

Both had estimated delivery dates that were off by nearly an entire week! And you were not going to get any tracking updates until 2 days AFTER their estimated date already passed. And that's just ShipBob. And their communication is worse. Can't call them. No live chat. Emailing them just gets you "uh that's not what this email address is for. But I can see that your package is (exactly what I already told them)". Then if you reply pointing out what was wrong with what they said, they literally copy/paste their previous message to you.

OnTrac held onto their outdated delivery date nearly a week after it passed until the morning it was out for delivery. With no tracking activity in between. And their chat bot tells you exactly NOTHING.

SabersPro, you need to dump ShipBob H OnTrac ASAP! I'm putting my date of experience to the date it finally got to my door.

Just ordered a Luke ev6...this company has superior customer service.I dealt with another company and their customer service was non-existent even though they provided contact info....I e mailed 17 times and got no response...Saberpro messaged me right away and contacted me twice after my order.Awesome awesome customer contact.Saberpro makes you feel as if you were their only customer .Can't wait to get my grandsons lightsaber !

The sabers i have bought from this website have been nothing short of incredible. I’ve done lots of heavy duelling with them, and it’s never ceased to amaze me how durable they are. And don’t even get me started on the sounds and the light. Truly an amazing choice for lightsabers. 🙏

We ordered three sabers using one of their deals. The sabers are very high quality and cool, they are way beyond the level of a toy, and also seem durable. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend this company to others. Initially, when one saber didn’t arrive as soon as the other two, the company’s customer support was very helpful and immediately looked into the situation and shipped the third saber quickly.

Great products and my grandson was delighted!

Fast delivery time no issues with the product

I ordered my saber on March 28, and then said that it left the shipping carriers facility on March 31st. It is now April 13th. Ever since then I have gotten ZERO shipping updates and have contacted the company twice. They keep saying, “Oh the delivery time updated so you’ll get it in the next few days!” The delivery time keeps being pushed back. Customer service is very kind but they have not helped me in my situation at all. I am in High school buying this for my Star Wars obsessed boyfriend and I cannot risk losing $200 when I have a car and pets to pay for.

First time getting a Proffie and really love the quality of the hilt and saber’s sound and appearance. Very excited to try some custom fonts
