AVOID! What an absolute scam of a company ordered a birthday present on Wednesday paid for 24 hour delivery so it would definitely be here on time and no it’s still not even been dispatched, they have now stopped replying to my emails even when I chased it on Friday to see why it hadn’t even been dispatched their attitude at first seemed like they do this all the time and they don’t even care to now not replying to me. Scam company, over charging on a delivery service they clearly have no intention on offering and no ways to even cancel your order I’m physically worrying at the state of the product when it comes or even if it does come I won’t hold my breath, definitely wouldn’t use this company

I'm happy with the phone and the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good smartphone that did the basics, and the site recommended one that ticked all the boxes. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for.
The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that I had to separately claim for the offered cash back deal, rather than it being automatic, and this info wasn't stated anywhere.

I purchased an apple smart from Reboxd
I purchased an apple smart from Reboxd, The watch was absolutely beautiful, just like new. Unfortunately as I have a pacemaker and I found that the smart watch and the pacemaker were not compatible.
I got in touch with Reboxed and the accepted the return without question. Absolutely fantastic people to deal with. Previously I bought an iPhone from Reboxd, that was some months ago, it’s still like new and working brilliantly. Why pay big money for a new item when you can buy from Reboxed for a fraction of the price.

Straightforward and unpressured
The phone descriptions were clear and explained what their specifications were with images that were like the devices. The site didnt seem to push unwanted items forward which can be confusing.

I bought 4 phones to gift my family…
I bought 4 phones to gift my family members but unfortunately each of the 4 phones came with different problems. From over heating, unrecognized parts, screen lights not working and the most unfortunate thing is i sent the phones to outside UK and they couldn’t return it for me to also return it.
In your response you claimed you have reached out to me to resolve this issue but that’s totally not the case. I haven’t gotten any emails from you to indicate you want to resolve this issue….
