This is the second time we’ve used their services, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I was a bit hesitant at first as I felt like I could find a mortgage on my own but luckily I decided to use their services. They secured a mortgage that I was being denied in every bank because I live in the UK with a visa. Rebus secured me a mortgage with only 10% deposit, which is what I needed. The price you pay (which is great taking into account everything they do for you) is more than just the mortgage but support all the way through the purchase. I’ve had a really difficult time with buying a house due to estate agents but Rebus has been there all along. Due to estate agents I had to pull out from the first purchase and they were there when I needed support for the next process and I was feeling overwhelmed and frustrated, securing me a second mortgage and pushing the solicitors to make the process go quick and smoothly. They will secure your mortgage but also help you in case solicitors are being slow, unresponsive estate agents and long and difficult processes. Even if they cannot actively make the sale progress move faster, they are most definitely going to be able to be the middle man between yourself and the rest of the people involved in your purchase, which takes a lot of pressure from you. And honestly, it’s just great to have someone to rant with (sorry Abbie if I ranted too much! x) if the process has been difficult and people involved (mainly estate agents) are difficult and unhelpful. Would recommend 100% if you want to have someone to be by your side at all times during the purchase process. Big shout to Abbie, Hasan and Neezam, lovely working with you!! 🥰

After being turn down by multiple mortgage lenders due to our visa status, we had almost lost hope of owning a home while paying high rent. We created our account on 10 Sept 2025 with REBUS, received Approval in Principle on 18 Sept 2025, full mortgage approval on 14 Oct 2025, got the keys on 11 Dec 2025, and moved into our own home on 18 Dec 2025, just in time for Christmas, exactly as promised.

We’re so grateful for the help Rebus provided us with remortgaging our property that had a help to buy loan. We were conscious that we left it too late to avoid a variable mortgage as the help to buy loan repayment can take a while. But with how fast Rebus and the recommended solicitors worked, we managed to only go on to a variable for 3 days (expecting to be on it for months). The whole team were so helpful and friendly; the service really was 10/10 and worth every penny!

Can't speak highly enough of Lee, Abbie and the team for getting our H2B remortgaging sorted quickly and efficiently.
