Rebus - Trusted Mortgage Advice Reviews 

My experience with Rebus and in particular Neezam and Joy has been second to none. Firstly, Neezam was able to get us the mortgage we needed to get our forever home, which to be honest I didn’t think it was possible for a number of reasons and curve balls which were thrown at him but he managed a mortgage in principle within a day I think and then the full offer within no time at all. Then from then on, be it explaining everything step by step as we are not familiar with the whole process, to arranging surveys, life insurance and also hurrying up the solicitors (which was a constant at one point) I really cannot fault them…. even if I was being really picky I can’t think of anything that they could have done to improve our journey. It’s a stressful enough thing buying a house but it strangely gave us confidence that everything was going to work out well knowing they were in our corner. And they did all of this extra services even after they were paid which is just unbelievable service. It really shows they care and that these guys are more than just mortgage advisors. I have already been recommending them and I will be using them for all of the remortgaging that we will need. I’ll be forever thankful to them.

I am a bit late in writing this review but that is because we have been super excited about moving into our new house! Rebus has offered amazing services from start till end.

I had already been in touch with lots of mortgage advisors before contacting Rebus. Being new to the UK and the entire mortgage process made me really confused. Lee and Joy have been absolutely wonderful in making me comfortable with the entire process.

I am amazed at how easy everything turned out to be. I am really thankful to you guys for your support throughout and for answering all my questions and concerns no matter how irrelevant!

It was our first time taking out a mortgage and we had absolutely no clue on what to do but we had the pleasure of having Ben Taylor and Joy Ayres as our advisors and they did not fail at all in helping us understand and getting us through it! Honestly the best team you could ever wish for! All and any questions were answered, it was completed within the time-frame. They were even on-call for any updates as we were excited. One of the "extra-bonuses", Lee and Joy helped find a proper Solicitor (best in class experience) and were with me during the whole journey, even chasing property agents and seller's solicitors.

It's pretty much the feel of a VIP-Premier-Assistant rather than just a mortgage broker.

Considering this was our first time applying for a mortgage and buying a house - we were made to feel nothing but ease. Everything we asked to Lee was answered straight away! My experience with Rebus has been nothing short of fantastic! My mortgage was coming up for renewal in the next 6 months, and with all the uncertainity with interest rates I contacted Neezam for some mortgage advice. Neezam was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process to try and find me the best deal. He managed to secure me a rate I would have been unable to get on my own and it was approved in just over 10 days. Once my mortgage had been submitted, Joy kept me updated every step of the process and was never left wondering the status of my application. Neezam has been absolutely fantastic guiding us through the process of buying our first home, so much more than just helping with our mortgage application. The team at Rebus were very quick to respond to any queries and were extremely attentive when we really needed them. The process from a legal end was terrible for us the only element of our house move that was seamless was the work completed by Rebus.

A credit to the industry, there are still some companies out there that pride themselves on CS and these guys are 100% that.
