Change has been rapid over the past few years and as a result, many great recruiters are giving it a go and starting out solo. To have a platform like you have created in 'Recruitment United Community' where collaboration is so positive is epic. So too, the opportunities to continue personal and professional growth through the webinars and all of the L&D offerings delivered by some of the most progressive minds in the industry. It's a platform that gives you so many options and allows you to take only what you need without judgement.

To foster high performance and something I’ve found invaluable is the level of L&D support offered in the community. Pete through his incredible network and reputation has brought to the group some of the best minds in the recruitment world for regular webinars and L&D sessions. I can tell you from experience you wouldn’t have access to this level of knowledge and training even in the biggest agencies who should in theory have extensive L&D budgets.

After being in recruiting for a long time and more recently in a small business you get used to doing things your own way …definitely not always the right way.
