I really enjoy feeling part of a network of largely likeminded, independent professionals who are passionate about being great recruiters. I highly recommend this platform to every independent recruiter who is looking to gain as well as share knowledge - where we learn from each other, not as competitors but as partners heightening the reputation of our industry.

As a relatively new business owner and independent, I cannot recommend Recruitment United enough. It gives greater insights, the Webinars are helpful and though I'm yet to use them, the product discounts are pretty good too.

One of the biggest strengths is the incredible back catalogue of Learning & Development webinars- packed with genuinely useful insights and practical takeaways. It's clear there's been a real focus on quality content, and the upcoming pipeline of sessions looks just as strong. Not all the webinars interest me, but there are more than enough webinars that do - and they are real gems! I might also add that the camaraderie and teamwork are second to none among the group.
