The service was precise clear accurate and true to word! and as a company that overall serves well as a company and is also individuals that add to their groups ect.

Even when the customer got emotional over metal! lol “ Glad you mentioned that, “I was not to apologise” for getting emotional” and that I was definitely not the first, and I’m absolutely sure I won’t be the last!

I am an 84 year old lady who is very sad to say goodbye to my driving days but dealing with the wonderful staff at recycleacar was a pleasure. They took the time to help and guide me. I was treated respectfully and with compassion. The office told me the name of the driver who would collect my car, he called as promised and arrived on time. I was paid quickly. What a marvellous company. Thank you.

I was paid what I was quoted and received it within 3 days. They will be doing the paperwork and letting DVLA know that the vehicle will be scrapped saving me the bother

Turned up at the scrap yard, said my goodbyes and got more money for the old banger than from the weigh bridge.

The only thing I disliked was being told that we are sorry, but your vehicle is too long, and our trucks are too small. That is supposed to be stated from the beginning not to give false relief to your dear and trusted customers.

The experience I had with this company was great I had booked in for a quick collection and the driver was very polite and helpful plus the payment process was hassle free and quick i definitely would recommend and use again.

Booked for Friday receive a call on Thursday was a time slot available for afternoon would I like that slot. Yes please,driver to say on way. Was a good experience. Definitely would use again and highly recommend
