We understand how frustrating it must have been to be told on the day that we are unable to recycle hybrid vehicles. Currently, we are not able to process hybrid vehicles due to the specialist handling required for their batteries. We should have made this clearer upfront, and we apologise that this was not communicated sooner. We are actively developing our service so that we can process hybrid vehicles in the future.

Could Not Fault Them ! From initial online booking, to the phone call, to the collection, to the payment. All perfect. Paul the collection driver was a gentleman, considerate of the surroundings, polite and helpful. I would 100% recommend recycleacar.com to anyone in the English Midlands.

Broken Van Collection
From ringing the company and organising a collection of our broken van from the garage on North Street, Derby to the chap collecting it on Friday morning, the service was wonderful.
Chap (sorry didn’t catch his name) ringing me to give us chance to get to the garage in time to meet him with keys and liogbook. He loaded the van carefully, gave me paperwork and off he went after beingvery courteous and a credit to your company
