Tim who I spoke to on the phone dealt with it professionally and swiftly. Knew what he was talking about. Was helpful when explaining a difficult pick up.
Sent competent swift drivers whose dealt with a trickier pick up really well.
Paid top price too!
Top service all round.

Car taken, no payment given.
Car collection was fine, payment was promised within 3 working days. I called after 1 week, was advised there was a delay and it would be another 3 days. It has since been another week, and I've called again - noone from customer service available. Still no payment. Feels intentional.

Nobody came to collect my car and nobody contacted me.

Total failure.
They failed to arrive on the correct day. They failed to inform me about this. they blamed a computer for their failings. so far they have paid me £70. less than the agreed price.They spelt my name wrong on their cheque.

Recieved an email stating price and collection date. Waited in all day for no one to turn up. This was on a Friday so i waited till Monday to phone them to be told "oh no that was just an automated message , we never recieved your details " although all details were in the email
