Poor quality product. The mug I ordered for my dad's birthday wasn't as depicted on website. Depicted as matte and dishwasher friendly - is neither of those things. The design is much harder to see than in the photos as the white outlines are mostly dark grey on a black background.
Also insanely expensive postage (an extra £10) just to receive it within 3 days. Definitely not worth the money and won't use anything on Redbubble again. Might send it back if my Dad agrees.

EDIT - to top it all off, I've just read that they won't give a refund for it, and that I'll only get a voucher or an exchange. Absolute joke. Steer clear.

Very bad experience. My order was delivered to the wrong house, i have emailed redbubble several times only to be ignored. Keep well clear of this company. Once they have your money they don't care. Will not be ordering from them again

Bought 3 T shirts, and I’m surprised how good they are. Read some bad reviews but risked it. So glad I did. Only down side is they use Evri which means it’s pot luck if your order ever arrives.

SCAMMERS!!Ordered some novelty socks for a Christmas present that ended up costing £17!They arrived but you can’t see the design at all!!emailed to complain and was told they don’t refund I have to choose something else to the value of the socks!I didn’t bother,so I’m out of pocket with no socks!!!🤬

The company might be good, but they use Evri. 3 packages ordered in the last week.
1 supposedly delivered to my shed, not there when I got home 20 mins later. The other 2 through the letterbox of the vacant flat next door.

i have joined red bubble in March 2022as an Artist, in the month of October 2022, i made a sale. From then i have made few sales (8) till dec 2024. My account was suspended ,but no clarity.They are quoting five general reasons for suspension .but not specifying any particular reason ,appealed 2 or 3 times, ...but response is same...quoting five general reasons for suspension .but not specifying any particular reason. Its been almost a year. They have not reinstated my account...Unable to login .. They have a threshold limit of 20$ ..So they are not paying the amount...Its seems to be scam...

I just received an order from these guys today. The size was listed as a 3XL, and was also the largest size they had. The actual item fits like an XL, and I can't get it over my shoulders to put it on because the bottom is too narrow. This is exactly why you should not trust an off-market e-commerce company.

I ordered a card for my husband's birthday and paid for Express Delivery; delivery was given as 3rd Oct. the day before his birthday. I'm still waiting (8th Oct.) and the delivery date is still the 3rd. Really????
Not impressed, plus 'Contact Us' is useless.

Maybe 3rd Oct. is next year.....

The only reason I have given them two stars is because when I have reached out to them, they have responded. I will give them that.

I ordered several T-shirts in extra large size. I got the T-shirts and they were too big.

I ordered the T-shirts again in large, but received mediums.

Then I finally got the T-shirts in large, and you’re never going to believe this – they were smaller than the medium T-shirts.
I am so over this.

company lied about delivery of an item I ordered kept saying the order had been delayed by customs. If could give zero I would. Paid for a fridge magnet. goods never received. If you want to lose money than buy from this company. no contact number absolute rip off don't use the website or company

order partially cancelled for no reason. I was just told as if i had asked for it. didn't get the offer to be sent the items anyway.

THIEVES. No conformation of purchase email . No reply from redbubble or the actual seller. No parcel.!!!

Utterly AWFUL! Paid for express shipping and a week later still no sign of the products. They just keep sending me a link to a tracking page that says it should have already been delivered. They don’t have an ability to speak with a human on the phone. Their returns and refund policy is illegal. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 they are legally required to offer a cash refund if the product is unsatisfactory. They have offered me 30% voucher off of my next full price item purchase which is laughable. As if I would ever order from them again. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered 5 Switzerland car stickers 17th July 2025..All I got delivered was an empty cheapest of the cheap envelope.You could have blown on it and the seal would have opened.
Obviously it's someone from our Royal Mail that's took them,probably thought it was money or something inside.
The point is use a stronger envelope and seal it with sellotape.
Shall not use again.

My items looked like they were already 5 years old when they arrived, threads hanging off everywhere and the printing job was very, very poor. They did offer good customer service though and after a request I received a refund, but I would recommend going literally anywhere else for printed clothing.

Disappointed with the printed card I ordered.I could have saved money and printed it myself,looks very DIY.Expensive and unimpressive.Unusual for you guys,am normally a very happy customer.
