What really stands out for me is the customer service that redcast provide ,when i sent them many questions about sizing and product they always answered me back quickly in a friendly professional manner ,,they have great passion for the product they sell and this is important to me as a customer.I also find the information regarding sizing is super accurate which is so important when buying something of such quality ,,im always confident in what im buying with redcast heritage and look forward to many purchases from them .Shipping is very quick to Ireland and prices are very good so overall its my go to store for top quality craftsmanship,,love what they are doing 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've purchased multiple times from Redcast Heritage and have always been very satisfied with their service. Shipping speed (to Canada) is very quick. A couple of times I've had to modify my order too, and they have always accommodated my requests.

I have been a regular client at Redcast Heritage since 2022 : sneakers, tees, sweatshirts and denim of course.
I have always been more than satisfied : selection, prices, size charts, photos, wise advices, super neat express deliveries and after-sales service always available and friendly.

I ordered a shirt online. Unfortunately the shirt was faulty. I started a return on 23 December and was told that a replacement would be sent soonest. After that, there was radio silence for over two weeks. I sent several messages and finally got a response saying there was no one in the office to take appropriate action. It is now 3 weeks since the issue was reported, and till date neither have I received the replacement shirt or even a message from Redcast proposing a resolution.
Future buyers, please beware of the after sales service, especially the false, made-up excuses from the sales team.

UPDATE and REPLY.
Thank you for your prompt response. What you have said in your reply isn’t accurate.
Firstly, I notified you of the fault on 18 December and it too your office 5 days to respond. This clearly delayed the return initiation.
Secondly, your email of last week confirmed that the replacement shirt would be despatched on Monday. It was not.
Going forward, please state facts and do not give your customers inaccurate information.

Not a good return policy. Customer has to eat the cost to return (~$45). I was told my shirt had "a hair" on it and could not be exchanged. The shirt was never washed or worn outside of a single try on. Disappointed I spent $ on shirt & return to be left without any goods.

I've placed a few orders here now and they've always been brilliant. Excellent customer service too and happy to help.
