Would recommend this to everyone

Both Bob and Heather were engaging and were very knowledgeable, all questions were answered and everyone was engaged.
The activities were fun and made learning easier.
I would recommend this training course if you are thinking of getting yourself or your employees first aid trained.

Fantastic day at British Red Cross, the tutor was so knowledgeable and made the whole group feel at ease . You leave with added confidence, but at the same time hoping you never have to use what you learned . Highly recommend this all day course . Thank you .

Heather is amazing
Heather is amazing. Really good hands on games that made me remember everything. Far from dull, interesting and insightful. I am far more confident now that I ever had been at applying first aid.
