This company run bully tactics to sell their hair loss treatment hat. AVOID AT ALL COST. The hat itself, the laser diodes are not powerful enough to reach deep into the scalp to make any difference, the mistake I made was not doing enough research on it before buying it. When asked for a refund on the same day and to cancel the order, they flat out refused me which is a breach of UK consumer law - MASSIVE RED FLAG. The sales woman refused to help and even when I told her that the delivery address was incorrect, she still went ahead and got it delivered. Thankfully the person living at the wrong address refused delivery and it was sent back to Royal Mail. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS EVIL COMPANY.

While no hair loss treatment can guarantee results for every individual, we are proud to have a large number of satisfied customers who have shared their positive experiences and results.
Regarding your order, the delivery address provided at checkout was incorrect. By the time you contacted us, the order had already been dispatched and was therefore no longer within our control. Our team attempted to assist and advise on the available options, but we were not provided with an alternative delivery address. The parcel was subsequently refused and returned to us.
Once the item was returned, a refund was processed. For this reason, we do not believe it is accurate to suggest that we acted unlawfully or failed to resolve the matter.
We always aim to treat our customers fairly and professionally, and we remain committed to providing both quality products and customer support.

Noticed no improvement
Noticed no improvement. My hair got longer which they used as an excuse to say it improved. As a result they refused a refund of the product even though I had followed all their return criteria. Avoid. Its clearly a product that doesnt work and theyve made money by luring people in with the hope of a return, but not following through.
Edit: I have not received a refund. I have only recived this conveniently 'public' claim of one.

This amazing product works and the service is great!
This product works, I have bought a second red/blue light RedLight Innovation hat for another family member and another is planning to buy one.
We bought our first hat in November 2025 and can testify to its effectiveness, prompting a further purchase and recommendations.
We particularly like the dual (red/blue) light facility and its effectiveness.
I made contact with the Company on Saturday for some advice - not expecting a reply until Monday, I was surprised by the prompt reply on the same day with detailed technical advice and support.
I cannot recommend this Company and its products highly enough

The product is clearly good quality
The product is clearly good quality, is comfortable and I’m happy with it so far. I’ve been using it daily for about 6 weeks and have noticed my scalp is definitely getting healthier however no new growth yet, but that’s to be expected.
Definitely going to keep persisting with the daily sessions.

Fake product. Don't waste your money. SCAM
Do not believe the garbage info on the website, this product simply does not work. An absolute waste of money. The products are cheap chinese tatt and the LED's do nothing for hair growth. Fake followers on instagram and fake reviews after I looked into it further. Do not be fooled!!!!

I’ve been using the red light cap from Red Light Innovation daily, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results so far. I’ve definitely noticed my hair feeling thicker and denser over time.
I do support this with a good diet and supplements like biotin and collagen, but adding the cap into my routine has made a noticeable difference. My partner has even started using it too, which says a lot.
It’s easy to use and fits seamlessly into a daily routine. The only small improvement I’d suggest is a slightly larger battery, as it lasts around 3–4 sessions before needing a recharge.
Overall, I’m very pleased with the product and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to improve hair thickness and density.

Red Light Therapy Actually Works✨️
I purchased this product last August while experiencing hair loss. I chose the bundle, which included a travel bag and a one-month supply of hair supplements. Within the first 2 to 3 months, I noticed visible hair growth, and I believe the supplements also contributed to this progress.

Only a positive experience over the last 4 months
I bought my hat at the end of November. I have been using it daily ever since (red and blue light) so 30 minutes a day - the battery lasts around 3 days for me. Recharging is easy as it is USB-C so I use the same charger than I use for my mobile.
The hat is stylish. fits well (adjustable) and I enjoy wearing it at home.
I have seen positive results since using it, my hair it looking more dense and my scalp is not as visible under bright light. I enjoy using RLT in other areas of my life (I have a full body panel also) so was already bought into the idea of having a specialised unit for my scalp.
Scalp health has improved since using it also, there is less irritation and itchyness.
The hat produces a small amount of warmth (but not overly hot) whilst in use and it nice on these cold mornings! But this would never be an issue during the warmer months.
I will continue to use my hat due to the positive experience I have had over the last ~4 months.
There are more benefits to using blue/red light therapy than just hair growth so the positives outweigh and negatives.

This company is a scam. I bought this product as a Christmas gift and the recipient did not want it. I have tried to get someone to respond as to how I can return the product which is unused and they are non responsive.

Didn’t work for me
Didn’t work for me. Ive been using it daily for 90 days as directed and noticed no change at all. I sent before and after photos and asked for a refund in accordance with their refund policy but was told that I needed to send them weekly updates which was not clear from the initial instructions or in any of their emails.
Buyers beware! If you want to register your guarantee make sure you read the small print because this company is not transparent and will not refund you if you don’t follow their onerous rules.
