I recently contacted Joe to purchase a Red light. Joe suggested the best light for my purpose and even contacted me post order because id ordered the wrong one and Joe knew from our conversation. He updated the order to send me the right one and provided lots of reading on the areas I required the light for (muscle trigger points and skincare). Really great customer service, great company and a fantastic solid combo light. I'd certainly recommend.

If there was a less than one star category, you would get it.

I specifically needed this lamp, asap, hence the most expensive shipping method...and yes, it actually got to my continent but somehow managed to get a shipping label on it in Tennessee USA with a delivery address to Canada? Scam?? Out money and still in pain.,.Furious...THANKS FOR NOTHING.

I have just purchased a red-light device from the Red Light Man and so far it has been an extremely positive experience. The customer service has been second to none, all my queries about what light would be best for the issues I wanted to treat were answered comprehensively and promptly.
The most urgent reason for wanting a red-light device was to treat a knee-ligament injury and so far I have noticed positive results: I have less pain and more movement in the affected area so I will definitely be trying it out on other parts.
I will also update my experience later.

Joe and his team are brilliant - great communication and help when deciding on which lamp would be best suited for me. I love my red light device, I use it nearly every day and have even taken it with me on holiday!

Great product, i bought it mainly to improve my eyesight and after using it only a week i saw slight improvements. I also let my senior dog sit in front of it when he's sleeping and i noticed the glaze in his eyes are starting to disappear. I did a lot of research before i bought here and i'm glad i did. You can buy cheap devices on amazon but you'll loose your eyesight i'm sure. You know it's a quality product the minute you turn it on for the first time. I will update this review in a few months.

I had the best experience purchasing my red light from this company. I had a few questions beforehand and was quite surprised to have Joe, the founder of the company, actually respond back. He was great about guiding me in the direction of which exact machine I should purchase for my needs.
I did the two day shipping option, which I halfway expected to take at least twice that long since I'm in the US, but to my delight my machine actually did arrive in two days. And to make things all the better, the infrared light device I received was even better quality than I expected.
If you're looking for a genuinely high quality red light device, I highly recommend you purchase from Red Light Man. You won't be disappointed, and you'll have a device that actually benefits you, and will last for years.
Don't be fooled by so many companies selling sub par devices that honestly won't give you any results.

Compré el modelo bodylight 830 hace 1 año y la uso para la recuperación muscular tras mis entrenamientos (normalmente levantamiento de pesas). He notado que necesito menos tiempo de descanso entre cada rutina de ejercicios.

Al principio no estaba muy convencido de los beneficios con la fototerapia. Un amigo inglés me aconsejó esta empresa para comprar una de las lamparas y probar.

I bought a red light therapy device about four years ago for painful rosacea on my face. I can honestly say it has changed my life. The redness has calmed quite a bit and when I use the light regularly I have no pain at all. I cannot say what a transformation this is. I am so impressed with it that I bought one for my mum as well, and she uses it on her arthritic knee and hands, plus to treat cellulitis. The team at Red Light Man are really knowledgeable and responsive, always happy to offer advice on the right dosing and device for your needs. Highly recommended.

I have recently purchased a light from the Red Light Man and what incredible customer service! Prior to buying it I sent a few questions about my specific issues via the website contact form and received a fast and extremely in depth answer to my enquiry. It included tons of helpful advice and links to different articles etc. Joe is quite clearly very passionate and knowledgable on light therapy and offers a very good service to his customers. I have used infra red lights before with success and I believe that Red Light Man products are of a very high quality so look forward to starting the treatments. They are undoubtedly experts in this field.

I'm really happy with my new light I received and the support and advice I had was great. The lamp I bought is sturdy and was very well packaged.

I bought the Combo Bodylight 2.0 in January 2018. This year one of the four sections began to flicker off and on intermittently. After emailing the company, I received an initial response which helped me figure out which component was defective. Since then I have contacted them twice for further advice/purchase parts, but they seem to be ignoring me now. I am disappointed in their customer service.

I originally wrote a review a year ago but it doesn’t appear to be here so I must have closed the tab too soon.

Joe gave really solid and helpful advice, happily putting up with a million questions from me. I ended up buying the mini light bundle. They are solidly built and a year later they’re still going as strong as day one. Currently looking at investing in a larger light and the first place I’m looking is here. For UK people, not only are they competitively priced you’re saving yourself a fortune on customs that you’d pay on already more expensive devices from the US.

Bogus products. Look behind all the industry-funded "research" and massive marketing and you'll find out that red light does nothing for your skin. I used the Red Light Mini 670 for a few months on my face and it gave me nothing of
a glow, it actually made my skin more saggy. So I stopped using it and my skin has gotten better since. I threw the device in the garbage bin.

I really like this mini combo light I got, and I enjoy how knowledgeable the creator of the lights is about all the math involved in creating and using these lights effectively. I wish there were more specific information on their website about how long to use the various lights for certain purposes (beauty) as opposed to others (pain relief). The email responses are hit or miss (as in, your email may or may not get a response), because apparently they’re often inundated with orders and questions. FYI, all the new mini lights used to be available to purchase £105, but just recently they increased the price by like 50%, so the same lights are now priced at $162. And shipping to the US is no longer free like it used to be. It’s a shame because I kept thinking about getting another mini light and was waiting for a sale lol. It’s not cool when people raise their prices out of the blue without at least having a “we’re raising our prices soon” sale for loyal customers. Oh well.

I ordered the red light mini device to use on my face. I wasn't sure which device to get and I wrote Joe who got back to me very promptly and recommended me the mini version. I ordered it the next day and it was delivered withing a day (European Union delivery). The lamp is very sturdy and looks very good quality. I can't tell on the effects as I believe it require very long term use and Joe was very good at managing my expectations regarding the results before I actually made the purchase which I appreciated.

I am interested in purchasing but, as with some other reviewers, have had no response to my question I sent more than 1 week ago. There is no email address, no telephone number to contact. A pity.
