Was very communicative and had great guidance. Truly helped a lot, especially offering a better product that is in stock unlike the first purchase I was originally planning on getting. Quick replies and was on top of everything. Definitely one of the best customer service I have ever had anywhere. Everything was a win, win.

1 Star – Poor Customer Service and Incorrect Product Recommendation

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one.

I ordered a part based on the compatibility information and recommendation provided on the company’s website. Unfortunately, the part I received does not fit my vehicle because the website’s recommendation was incorrect. This wasn’t a case of me ordering the wrong item—the manufacturer has since confirmed that everything I reported about the compatibility issue was accurate.

What made the experience even more frustrating was the way it was handled. After waiting 2.5 weeks for the order to arrive, receiving an incompatible product, and then waiting another four business days for a response, the resolution was essentially that I would need to deal with the return myself. There was no real ownership of the mistake or meaningful attempt to make the situation right.

Mistakes happen. What separates great companies from mediocre ones is how they respond when those mistakes occur. In this case, it felt like the burden of the company’s error was placed entirely on me.

As a result, I’ll be returning the part and taking my business elsewhere. I hope they improve both the accuracy of their product recommendations and, more importantly, how they take care of customers when something goes wrong.

I ordered a set of '98-'08 bushings for an LX470. They sent me hyundai veloster parts. I am now in my 15th email with Dani, the customer service rep, and she is asking questions in a circle over and over.

Even with a picture showing the incorrect kit I received, she is claiming it's the right kit, while simultaneously confirming that I ordered the LX470 kit instead. I am very confused and I'm getting nowhere with them.

It seems as though I'll not only be stuck with the wrong parts, I'll not get my money back, and they'll not offer to pay for return shipping on the WRONG product they sent to me.

Incomptence to the point of bad faith with a purchase contract.

Ordered a set of headers that clearly stated they were for a 15-20 6.0 came in 03-06 and they could care less countless emails back and forth getting no where would never order from theses people again they simply do not care after the card has processed

Ordered an intake for a Toyota tundra seen the first day that the item will not work. I have tried to contact several times with them giving me the run around. I will defiantly never do business with again.

I placed an order with Redline360 and, after several days, the order still had not been processed or shipped. When I contacted customer service, I was told that they were waiting on the manufacturer, but no estimated shipping date or clear timeline was provided.

I understand that delays can happen, especially when products are sourced from third-party manufacturers. However, I expected better communication and more transparency regarding the status of my order.

Customer support responded to my inquiries, but the lack of concrete information made the experience frustrating. At this point, I am disappointed with the order fulfillment process and hope the company improves communication with customers when delays occur.

If the company sells products that are not stocked in its own warehouse, I believe it should maintain closer communication with its suppliers and provide customers with more accurate updates. Being told for nearly a week that the company is still waiting for a response from the supplier felt unprofessional based on my personal experience.

I will update this review if the issue is resolved and the order is delivered promptly.

I was able to order some springs and they were at a really good rate. Shipping was fast as it was drop shipping through the manufacturer. I believe this is just a distributor so they don't carry stock if items

They never notified me they had the item out of stock my springs came but my spacers were nowhere to be seen do not order from them if you want your order on time

Yves was helpful every step of the way, kept me informed of what to expect and went above and beyond when she didn’t have too and saved me the headache of receiving a non compatible part that i purchased in error. Every company needs more folks like Yves that take pride in their work!

I was fully prepared to leave a 1 star review because of some hiccups that were experienced with part availability and time delays but YVES turned my frown upside down and saved my entire order. From the constant communication and problem solving they displayed I wanted to mention it because I felt like they did everything in their power to assist me when I was having difficulties.

Yves did a great job reaching out to me to confirm figment for the harness bar I ordered and promptly I’m shipped it once it was assured I ordered the correct item. I’ve had the opposite experience on other sites when ordering car parts and I appreciate the extra effort to ensure I got the correct parts the first time.

This company wouldn't return a part that didn't fit correctly. Horrible return policy and pour way to run a business. I will never buy again

Terrible company I would have given it a zero if possible but it ain’t. It’s a scam don’t order nothin from them you will never receive and than when u cancel they will drag it out and not return your money. This place to be shut down, the good reviews are fake accounts the company has made themselves.

Shipping is a joke. Custom service is a joke. I've been getting a run around for a week now about when my package will actually be shipped out. If you NEED the part to get your car running do not order from here or it will be down for a while. Custom service I'm almost 99% sure is just an ai bot.

There was a bit of a hiccup with payment, and they worked with me very well and get everything figured out so I could get my item. 5 stars would buy from again

Stay away! Same problem as others, its been almost 2 weeks and still no resolution. The clowns @ Redline360 sent me the wrong lower control arms and dealing with their incapable AI trying to resolve the situation is a nightmare. Redline360 website has wrong fitment years for parts they're selling. Dont waste your money with this drop ship online disaster.

Stay away from these joker's bc of NO HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE_ ALL ZENDESK AI BS. Bought the wrong Dynavin two weeks ago. I sent them a request over a dozen times and only receive Zendesk AI responses- NO PHONE NUMBER since they claim they do not need one and email's are better to serve their customers! WTF? AI ZENDESK BS!

Even though they product I wanted was on back order so I didn't purchase. The communication and transparency of this company was on point. The customer service that yves gave me was rare and not something you see with online shopping now adays. They were quick to reply and looked out for me the whole time. I will definitely use these guys for future purchases.
